I. Project Title

This project shall be entitled “Metanoia: Reflect, Reform, Renew”.

II. Project Rationale

The project aims to increase the employees’ abilities, strengths, and competencies that will help
them in achieving their maximum potential at work.

III. Project Objectives

 Help employees identify their strengths and capabilities and its effect on the aspects of
their lives.
 Re-assess one’s self on own perceptions and other’s perception.
 Identify what traits should be retained, changed, or removed.
 Be renewed and refreshed holistically, and be ready with the challenges ahead.

IV. Course Content Methodology

All participants will be divided into four (4) batches so as not to hamper the operations and will
have a morning and afternoon batch for two days. The participants will be selected randomly,
and the final lineup will be communicated to the department heads at least two weeks before
the event.

There will be registration an hour before the seminar starts. There would be 30 participants per
batch, and the program will be divided into four main parts: Review, Reflect, Reform, and
Renew. Each part will be given 30 minutes running time and will be facilitated by our guest
speaker.

The review covers the lecture on the definition, components, and aspects of personality.

Reflect is the portion where participants will answer the four-temperament test in order to
know what kind of personality she has and what kind of personality do his/her colleagues have.

Reform is a processing point of Reflect wherein the facilitator will ask questions for the
participants to identify which part of their traits would they wish to retained, changed, or
removed.
Renew is the last part of the workshop that allows the participants to identify the benefits of a
renewed mindset and how refreshing it could be once we began to look at the brighter side of
life.

Raffle prizes are given to those who participate in the Open Forum in between talks.
