Discussing new
concepts and Today, we are going to discuss a new lesson
practicing new skills which is, “ACCEPTING INDIVIDUAL
#1 (15 mins) DIFFERENCES”. Last meeting, I assigned

you to read a certain story “THE
HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME”.

Now, we are going to discuss the story, but


before that I will first introduce to you the
author of the said story.

Victor Hugo’s full name is Victor Marie


Hugo. He was born on February 26, 1802
and died on May 22, 1885. “The Hunchback
of Notre Dame” was one of his famous
works and was published on March 16,
1831. The Notre Dame de Paris was his
inspiration in writing the novel.

In line with that, I also wanted to give some


short background on what is a Notre Dame.
(The teacher will present pictures of Notre
Dame Cathedral).
Notre-Dame de Paris, which means our
lady of Paris, and also called Notre-Dame
Cathedral, is a cathedral church located in
Paris, France. It is also the Capital of Paris
and the most famous Gothic cathedrals, and
the history of Middle Ages is shown on its
structure. Notre Dame is the political and
culture centre of Paris. Environment of the
churches becomes the backdrop of the city.
