CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

This is to certify that YOUR COMPANY has completed the Supply and Installation of
STRUCTURAL WORKS with CLIENT NAME., at the Four Storey Building Project
owned by CLIENT NAME. ,located at SITE LOCATION, all in accordance with the
approved plans, specifications and other related subcontract documents.

The Subcontractor shall complete and correct the work in accordance with the punch
lists and the completion dates as approved by Pedro Builder.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as to waive completely all rights of Pedro
Builder to reject the whole or any portion of the aforementioned work should the same
be found later to have been constructed or implemented in violation of the terms and
conditions of the Contract.

This CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION is being issued this 02 day of August, 2022
