* JCOs/OR who have served/serving in TA continuously for ten years without any break can apply for Jai Jawan Awas Yojna at Allahabad and Belgaum. # Personnel of Assam Rifles, GREF, Air Force, Navy and their widows (in receipt of family pension) are eligible to apply in Lucknow Mansarovar Yojna, Nainital & JJAY Allahabad (only JCOs/OR and equivalent) to be considered after Regular Army personnel. TA personnel who have served/serving continuously for 10yrs without any break also can apply for Nainital Scheme.

Projects open for Registration The details are given on reverse of this page. Application Send ` 100/- by Postal Order or DD to obtain Master Brochure by registered post. These can also be collected locally from Project Managers office or from HQ AWHO New Delhi on cash payment of ` 50/-. Form can also be downloaded from our website www.awhosena.org in which case applicants will have to remit ` 100/extra by demand draft/ postal order while sending their application against which the Master Brochure will be despatched to them. Eligibility Retired/ Serving Army Personnel & their widows and also Parents of Fatal Battle Casualties (within 02 yrs from the date of demise of their child) are eligible to apply. Owners/ Allottees (even those who have disposed off their earlier property allotted by AWHO) and existing registrants of Spot/Annual schemes are not eligible to apply. However, one can apply for SFA/Hostel type accommodation under Demand Survey even as second DU. Please refer to chapter II of Master Brochure for details. AMENDMENT TO PARA 11 OF MASTER BROCHURE-JUL87 Para 11. The organization will give only one DU/plot to an eligible registrant. Any person who has been allotted a DU/Plot by AWHO earlier in any Scheme however will be eligible to apply for a DU/ Plot in any new scheme after having disposed off his initially allotted DU and after a lapse of ten years from the date of possession of his initial DU. Para 11A. An additional DU may be given to an allottee, at the discretion of AWHO, if the DUs in any of the AWHO schemes are surplus and provided he is also otherwise eligible. The allotment of a surplus DU/plot will be done in a station other than at which the allottee has already been allotted a DU/plot. The above rule is effective from 01 Feb 2011 and applications with DD date on or after 01 Feb 2011 will be accepted. Note: (i) JCOs/OR & their widows can apply only for SFA, MDA & DXA Units. (ii) Existing waitlisted registrants of Spot/Annual Schemes and registrants of demand surveys (not owners/allottees of any project) may apply for regular schemes under demand survey even for more than one scheme. However, separate applications/demand drafts are required to be forwarded. Payments All payments to be made by Demand Draft or Postal Order only in favour of MD, AWHO payable at New Delhi. WITHDRAWAL AND HANDLING CHARGES Withdrawal Before Issue of Booking/ Allotment Letter Two percent of Registration fee will be retained by AWHO as handling charges. Withdrawal After Issue of Booking/Allotment Letter Allottee shall be liable to forfeit amount as given below:(i) SFA, MDA & equivalent (1 & 2 bedrooms) - ` 10,000/(ii) DXA, EA & SDA (3 Bedrooms) - ` 20,000/(iii) LXA, Penthouses & DSUs (4 bedrooms & above) - ` 25,000/-
