Crochet Yarn: light brown and green.
Felt: yellow, black and white.
Sewing thread: black. 
Polyfiber fill.
Fabric glue (appropriate for felt and yarn).

Row 1: 6sc in magic ring (6)
Row 2: 6inc (12)
Row 3: (1sc, inc) repeat 6 times (18)
Row 4: (2sc, inc) repeat 6 times (24)
Row 5: BLO - (24sc) repeat 6 times (24)
Rows 6 - 20: (24sc) repeat 6 times (24)
Row 21: (2sc, dec) repeat 6 times (18)

Cut the felt to form the eyes (black
and white) and spots (yellow).
Cut a piece of sewing thread (black).
Glue all parts in the head/body.

7. Assembly
Sew all the parts like the photo.
Glue all felt parts and sewing yarn in the head/body.
