EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES

Fire/Explosion Emergencies
If you discover a fire or someone has notified you one has been discovered - CALL THE SRIPERUMBUDUR FIRE DEPARTMENT 27162259 - IMMEDIATELY - report fire and guide them to reach the facility in time. FIRE ALARM A. ACTUAL ALARM: When there is any fire in the facility the actual fire alarms will respond by initiating audible tone from the fire alarm panel. Main fire alarm panel is at Reception (Discussion Room) and Repeater alarm Panel at Security Center Main gate sounds alarm on fire alarm panels. Fire alarm will also be audible in the building. An audible tone (BEEP tone) will be followed, indicating the nature of the emergency. Upon receipt of a fire alarm during regular working hours, call the following person (each person must be contacted). S.No 1 2 3 Upon receipt of a fire alarm after hours and on weekends, notify the maintenance person on duty to investigate the alarm, call the following same list as above (each person must be contacted). If actual fire, security officer calls immediately; advise Fire Department how to reach the facility in time. 1. Unlock all doors and open gates. 2. All personnel will exit the facility. Security Officers will make sure people are evacuating the affected areas. 3. One officer waits by entrance gate to direct fire trucks to closest access area; and guide them to reach the affected spot. 4. Wait for the all clear and confirm. The all clear message will begin with an audible tone, followed by an audible message indicating that the emergency has been cleared: 5. Once all clear is confirmed, the maintenance person will reset the fire alarm panel. B. TROUBLE SIGNAL: This can be caused by smoke detection or an electrical and/or mechanical problem with the system. This would include the disabling of a portion or the entire system. 1. The maintenance person should be dispatched to the effected area to confirm no presence of fire. If fire exists follow fire alarm procedures. 2. Maintenance is notified, if on site. 3. First Aid Emergency Procedure when Employee Health & Wellness is not on Duty:

WHEN EMPLOYEE IS ALONE IN PLANT 1. For minor injuries, and emergency treatment of serious injuries, the security officer on duty, Safety Officer, Emergency response team may be able to assist an injured employee. The Security officer in the Security Center would contact the safety officer the information needed. 2. If injury or illness is of serious nature, then ambulance from . HOSPITALS need to be called and guide them to reach the facility in time. 3. Call the Safety Office, .. at Extn: .. or Mobile: , to inform about the situation. WHEN SOMEONE ELSE IS IN THE PLANT If some one else other than our staff need some medical attention, the security officer need to concern person to whom he came to meet in the extn nos, Safety Officer .. or Mobile.. and to HR & Admin in his extn: or in the mobile The officer should bring the person to the First aid center and the supplies. In case of any serious, the incident report should show complete details involving any injury. CPR, FIRST AID, AND BLOOD CLEAN-UP ASSISTANCE The list on the next page denotes employees who have been trained and certified in CPR, First Aid, and in the clean-up of blood. Only these people are authorized to do so. These employees may be contacted for assistance until rescue personnel arrive. Contact the appropriate employee when there has been an injury resulting in blood loss.

MTSI First Responder List


The first responders have knowledge of First Aid, CPR, AED (automatic external defibrillators) blood borne pathogen protection, and clean-up.

The details of the First Responder are as given below:

ON-SITE CHEMICAL SPILL EMERGENCY:


If the security is advised of a chemical spill on site at any time, contact in this order: Name Office Extn Mobile Nos

Since this contact could be of an emergency nature, with life and property possibly at risk, the security must do everything in his power to reach one of these individuals so that this information can be relayed to the needed agency. Once one of the above are reached, follow their instructions explicitly. If you cannot reach any of the above, try a second time, try reaching the above again. During any emergency, once you receive an "all clear" notice, the security should double check with a call back to confirm.

WORKPLACE VIOLENCE PROCEDURE:


PHYSICAL VIOLENCE OR THREATS: 1. REGULAR WORK HOURS If an act of violence or a threat is reported during business hours, it should immediately be reported to HR & Admin (Ext ). If an act of violence or threat is received from a person not employed by or no longer employed at the facility, security will attempt to refuse entry. personnel will handle any situation that arises during regular business hours. If the individual is refusing to leave: a. Call the Police Department . Advise them you have an unwanted party. c. Prepare to give description and details to the police. Security should make no attempt to detain the individual. 2. OFF HOURS If an act of violence or a threat is reported when the plant is closed, contact the HR & Admin and if unable to reach contact try again. If it is an immediate threat, contact the Police Department

BOMB THREATS
If a bomb threat is received while the office is open, it will be handled by Company personnel. In the event that the plant is to be evacuated, the security on duty will be advised before the employees are asked to leave. If any employee asks questions, the officer is to reply we are having a safety drill and that there is no

further information. The officer is never to use the term "Bomb Threat" when talking to employees. If the officer receives a telephone bomb threat when the office is not in operation, get as much information as possible concerning the threat, and immediately refer to Police Department for assistance. If the officer is in the surrounding area of a suspected bomb or suspicious package, do not transmit information with the walkie-talkie or Cisco telephones. Go to the nearest telephone or use personal cell phones and contact the emergency response team.

REGULAR WORK HOURS: In the event of a call or other notification regarding a bomb or explosive at the Company during regular work hours, immediately notify (Ext. ), (Ext. ), (Ext. ), in that order. CLOSED HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS: In the event the call is received during closed hours, the Security is to call , who will notify the proper management personnel who will determine whether search assistance is warranted. You will be notified of the decisions made. Notify the first Supervisor who comes to the plant of the threat. IN ALL CASES, attempt to get as much information from the caller as you can. Write down everything they say. Things you can do to help identify the caller include: .....Use the Bomb Threat Checklist. .....Note distinctive accents or voice tones, along with any background noise that might identify the caller. .....Ask the caller where the bomb is placed and what time it is set to explode. .....Keep the caller engaged in conversation as long as possible to obtain clues, to record the conversation, and, if possible, have someone else request the telephone company to trace the call. .....Identify exact time of all and what incoming line the threat was received. IMMEDIATELY WRITE DOWN ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION, DON'T TRUST YOUR MEMORY! Do not allow reporters or outsiders in the plant; admit only properly identified police or emergency personnel.

SUSPICIOUS MAIL/PACKAGES
LETTER AND PARCEL BOMB RECOGNITION CHECKLIST To identify any mail that appears unusual, look for the following recognition points in screening letters and packages: Incorrect title or name, or title without a name Handwritten or typed address, either poorly written or typed on outdated equipment, letter height variance or heavier type on select letters A package addressed to a corporate title, without the name of the executive No return address and/or foreign return address Excessive number of postage stamps Erroneous address - title or location in error Excessive weight and/or unbalanced weight Stains, discoloration or the use of waterproof wrapping paper Rigid, lopsided, or uneven envelope Protruding wires or foil

Pin pricks or holes in envelope and/or package Excessive or odd wrapping material Unsolicited mail Common words incorrectly spelled Mail from an unknown or questionable source An envelope that feels spongy Suspicious powder substance, sounds or odors Parcels that are not delivered by the usual carrier, or delivery person not in uniform or common apparel for carrier MAIL EXAMINATION AND OPENING 1. Before any mail is sorted or distributed, all mail should be examined to make sure that each piece of mail has a return address or other obvious source information - such as a commercial logo or name brand or is obviously a legitimate publication or magazine. 2. Any suspicious material, including but not limited to letters and packages without return address are Segregated from the remaining mail. Leaking packages stained packages and packages with hand printing may be considered suspicious. 3. If a piece of mail has been determined to be suspicious, the person who examined it should place the item in a sealed plastic bag. From this point on it should only be handled with rubber gloves. Avoid inhaling deeply when in close proximity to the suspicious material. 4. Mail for which there is no determined origin should be triple bagged in plastic bags. 5. Notify the Downtown post office. Describe the material to post office workers. Ask to speak to someone who has expertise in identifying suspicious mail. The post office has trained staff to deal with suspicious material. They may respond by themselves or they may contact the Police department directly. If a piece of mail has been opened and contains a message regarding anthrax, the person who opened the mail should immediately wash their hands. 7. Advise the person who has touched the letter to insert in plastic bag and leave the letter where it is until the Police Department responds to the scene. 8. Advise the person who has touched the letter to keep others away from the letter until the Police Department arrives on the scene. 9. Advise the person who is placing the call to obtain the names of anyone who was in the immediate area when the letter was opened. PROCEDURE FOR HANDLING The following are procedures as outlined by the Centers for Disease and Prevention in regards to the handling of suspicious powder substances and chemicals if received in the mail. 1. Triple bag the letter and/or package in zipper-type plastic bags, handling using latex gloves and mask. 2. Notify the Emergency response team. 3. Ensure that all persons who have touched the letter and/or package have washed their hands with soap and water. 4. List all persons who have touched the letter and/or package and provide the list to the Emergency response team.

VII. GENERAL INFORMATION


1. SECURITY CONDUCT: The Security will remember that at all times their performance, appearance and general conduct are a reflection of and ., Security should conduct themselves with utmost courtesy in any conversation with employees and visitors to . 2. OUTDOOR GREETING: Periodically security officers should be outside to greet employees as they arrive and leave. This is a good public relations tool for you to know employees and them to know you. 3. PERSONAL PHONE CALLS:

Personal phone calls are not to be made or accepted unless it is an emergency and noted on your daily report form. 4. RADIO USAGE: Radios are strictly forbidden on the first shift weekdays. Radios are permitted on weekdays only between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM and on the weekends during all hours; however, radios must be on a moderate level and must not interfere with the proper performance of your duties. Personal computers or compact disc players are not allowed in the Security Center. Any abuse of this privilege will result in the loss of this privilege. 5. INCIDENT REPORTS: Any incident or out of the ordinary event requires that an incident report be computer generated. There are also specific incidents and information requiring incident reports. These are referred to by topic throughout this manual. Incident reports are to be typed using the Incident Report icon on the security computer desktop. Incident reports should be submitted throughout the shift and not all sent at one time at the end of the shift. When sending the incident report, it has to be sent to the proper individuals responsible for each incident. 6. ABSENCE REPORTING: When you receive a telephone call reporting a employee's absence, transfer the call directly to their supervisors extn.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL: In the event an employee or non-employee requests admittance to Company property and is obviously under the influence of drugs or alcohol, stop and detain them. Immediately notify Extn . He or she should also be stopped and detained. 10. FIREARMS/CONCEALED WEAPONS: Employees are not allowed to bring firearms or concealed weapons on property. If an employee advises they have a weapon in their vehicle, or if a security observes a weapon in the employees vehicle, the employee must be turned away, and not permitted on property. If the employee decides to park their vehicle out side the facility, they may be allowed to enter the property. Securities are not to accept any weapons, and store them in the Security office. LOST AND FOUND: From time to time, various articles and property are found by employees or security. Such articles should be forwarded to the concern person, as soon as possible, and an Incident Report written. Anything found in a company vehicle should be turned in to HR & Admin, and an Incident Report written. 15. THEFTS FROM VEHICLES: The situation may arise when an employee will report to the security that something has been stolen from their vehicle. If they request, there is nothing wrong with calling the police. The employee should meet the police at the Security office when they arrive. Their investigation shall be confined to the parking area or lobby. Under no circumstances will the police be allowed to enter the plant without first obtaining authorization from . HR & Admin. In the very rare case of an extreme emergency, where time is of the essence, and the security officer must notify the police before discussing the situation with anyone, the officer should notify HR & Admin as soon as possible. 16. LOCKED VEHICLE: In the event someone needs assistance to unlock their vehicle, no one here at INDIA, U.S. and The Indian, U.S. and a day, 7 days a week. is permitted to do so.

FLAG DISPLAY: flags on the flag hoist area will be in the raised position from 7.30am to 5.30pm

The flags should be checked on a monthly basis for damage. Fly at half-mast on Memorial Day and on any such other days as may be proclaimed by the Indian Govt. CAMERAS: Cameras, whether still, movie, or video, are not allowed on the property without prior authorization from HR & Admin TOBACCO FREE: MTSI is a tobacco free campus. No use of tobacco products is permitted on company property including in personal vehicles. VIII. ID 24/7 has full access to every door and gate to the entire facility. No one can be added to this group without approval. This ID code is provided to all top management people, Administration, IT and Maintenance. ID 200: This includes the access for D-105, D-106 and D-107. The access is allowed Monday to Friday 0.00 23.59, Saturday 07.00 18.00 hrs ID 120: This includes the access to all the doors 24/7 except D-201 and D-108. ID 110: This includes the access 24/7 to D-102, D-103, D-105, D-106, D-107, and D-202. ID 100: This includes the access 24/7 to all the doors except D-201. ID 130: This ID is provided to Security personnels who has 24/7 access to D-102, D-105, D-106 and D107. ID 400: This ID is provided to Housekeeping personnels who has access to all doors except D-201, Monday to Saturday 06.00am to 06.00pm.

ID 300: This ID is provided to Cafeteria personnels who has access only to D-102 and D-105 Monday to Friday 07.00am to 06.00pm.

Temporary Cards for Infrequent Visitors:


Visitors badges have been set up for those who come frequently to MTSI for temporary assignments. These Temporary employees will collect the badges from the Security Main gate. ID 300 is the access code, only to D-102 and D-105 Monday to Friday 07.00am to 06.00pm is allotted to these badges. On return the security should ensure to collect the badge from the visitor.

EMPLOYEE ADMITTANCE: 1. EMPLOYEE ADMITTANCE AND EXIT DURING REGULAR HOURS: If an employee enters the Security Center, and states that he/she has forgotten their badge: Ask for identification with a picture. Sign the employee in on the visitor register and note that the badge was forgotten. Issue the Company visitor badge. If the employee states he/she lost the badge: Print a new security badge in the server room while the employee waits. This will be handled by the IT & Administration person. 2. EMPLOYEE ADMITTANCE AND EXIT DURING OFF HOURS: All employees must scan his/her ID badge around the clock on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If their card activates the gate and/or door, security does not need to do anything. If their card does not activate the gate, security must confirm proper identification and authorization has been made to allow them in. If you confront any problems, call the employees immediate supervisor, manager, or Human Resources for authorization. Document each situation on an Incident Report. Special advance arrangement or emergency entry for all other persons outside normal business hours must be approved. No one is allowed to enter until proper authorization is received. NON EMPLOYEE ADMITTANCE 1. VISITOR ADMITTANCE DURING REGULAR HOURS: All visitors will stop at the Security Center. The officer will direct them to the appropriate entrance and parking area after completing the visitor registration form for visitors. Frequently, employees request a visitor to be sent to the reception lobby between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will a phone kept in the table with the employees extn nos mentioned in the list. The visitors required to call the consent department and inform about the visit. 2. VISITOR ADMITTANCE DURING OFF HOURS: Visitors are not admitted when the plant and offices are closed unless written permission has been received from the respective Department. Employees with 24/7 card access to the facility at any time are permitted to bring in visitors, including family members, onto the premises after normal working hours. 3. INSPECTORS - SAFETY, FIRE, BUILDING, ETC: All inspectors who seek entry to the plant are to be admitted only in the company of a properly authorized Official. This is important! The fact is that such visitors are Tamilnadu Government, State, or Central employees, does NOT entitle them to unlimited access to Company property. Have the inspector wait until escorted by any one of the employees: ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTIONS:

Visitors seeking entry to conduct an environmental inspection of the facility are to be admitted only in the company of a properly authorized employee. Have the individuals(s) sign-in and wait until a suitable escort can arrive. CONTRACTOR ADMITTANCE: Some contractors who are in our facility frequently will receive a photo ID badge if they will be working at the facility for more than five days. Upon scanning in or out, they should be permitted access. They are to visibly wear their badges while on the premises. Officers will advise the contractors that they need to return their picture IDs when their work has been completed, or if they will return to in the near future, they may keep the badge, which is preferred. All contractor workers who have not been issued a photo ID badge will be issued one of the following badges (visitor, 001, 002, 003, 004, 005) depending on the nature of their business. Before issuing the above badges, the officer will check the contractors information. The badge issued is recorded and the time the badge was issued is recorded. The badges must be returned to the officer at the end of the day. 7. EMPLOYMENT OFFICE: does not distribute or make available employment applications for walk-in completion on site. Only resumes and/or letters of interest sent via mail, facsimile, e-mail, etc., will be accepted. Any resumes or letters of interest should be placed in letter-sized envelopes and addressed to Human Resources by the officer. We will continue to make applications available on site to individuals who have been scheduled for employment interviews, whether done through reception or done through the Human Resource Department. The officers can limit access to the facility of individuals coming here with the sole purpose of completing or obtaining employment applications. TELEPHONE FUNCTION PROCEDURES The India is in operation from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM each business day only. Every employee is having their own extn nos. The incoming calls on are diverted to the Security main gate extension When the phone rings, answer promptly. Answer - "Good Morning or Good Evening, Main gate Security Speaking." After the caller has asked for his/her party, say "Thank you, just a moment please" and proceed to transfer. To transfer a call, press the TRANSFER soft key once. This places the caller on hold and provides you with a dial tone. Then dial the employee's four-digit extension number. If they answer, you will announce to them that you have an outside call for them. Then press the TRANSFER soft key. You then hang up to connect the outside call to plant personnel. If an employee does not answer, press the soft key under the "RESUME" prompt to be reconnected to the calling party. TO TRANSFER A CALL To Transfer a Call to Another Extension: 1. Press TRANSFERsoft key 2. Dial Extension (if third party cannot be reached, press End Call soft key then Resume soft key). 4 You may announce about the out call. 3. Press TRANSFER soft key to complete transfer To Return to Caller when Busy or No Answer: 1. Press End Call soft key 2. Press Resume soft key To Return to the Original Call: 4 Press Resumesoft key CONFERENCE CALL To Conference up to 6 Parties: 1. With an active call on the line

Press Confrn soft key to join all parties If a Party doesnt answer or doesnt want to join the Call: 1. Press EndCall softkey 2. Press Resume softkey To permanently Remove Yourself From the Conference: 4 Hang up OR press EndCall softkey PLACING OUTSIDE CALLS You will be able to call local (in Chennai circle) by dialing 9, getting dial tone and then proceed dialing the local number. WALKIE-TALKIE PROCEDURE You have been provided with three walkie-talkies along with chargers. The walkie-talkie is to be carried AT ALL times when you are away from the Security office. The normal operating channel is 1. Please make sure your unit is set to Channel 1 at all times. It is your responsibility to see that the unit does NOT become damaged. DO NOT attempt to make repairs if there is a problem, notify . , at extension . The purpose of providing you with these units is for your own protection and for better, more immediate communications in case of fire, theft or vandalism or in case the tour officer is in need of help. 1. Turn the volume switch to turn the unit on or off. The unit MUST be turned ON AT ALL TIMES when in use. 2. Ensure that the channel selector is on channel 1. 3. Depress the button on the side of the unit to speak and release the button to hear the response. Allow for a quarter-to-half second delay before speaking. 4. Do NOT interrupt when the air is busy (except in case of emergency). 5. The first shift officer is responsible for making sure all units are charged. 6. Do not place the units in the chargers unless the battery is completely dead. The radios must be taken out when they are charged.

TOUR OFFICER PROCEDURES


Both officers are to check in with each other on the hour, twenty after the hour and twenty to the hour. This is for both parties' protection. The exact times should be recorded. TOUR DAYS AND TIMES: The Security officer will make an inside tour of the facility, beginning each day at 5:00 PM and ending at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The weekend officer tour will begin on Friday at 5:00 PM and end at 7:00 AM on Monday. Holiday tours will follow the Sunday schedule. TO START TOUR: The tour starts and ends at the Security Center. TOUR SCHEDULES: Officers will alternate starting the TECH TOUR and MAIN TOUR. Each tour starts on the hour. After each tour is complete, the tour officer will return to the Security Center. The tours are should take approximately 30-40 minutes. Officers will alternate the Tech and Main Tours. For example, two Main Tours should not be conducted back to back.

TECH TOUR: All periphery areas. MAIN TOUR: Inside the Main office area and shopfloor. OBSERVATION ON TOURS: It is very important that each officer becomes familiar with their surroundings as they conduct their tours on a daily basis. There are things that the tour officers should be looking for on each tour. Here are some examples of those things. 1. Water, chemicals, or any other spills in the tour areas. 2. Leaking fluids coming from equipment or machines. 3. Lights that are flashing. 4. Overhead lights or lights in the work areas that arent working. 5. Horns or other loud noise in the tour area (could be an alarm or machine problem). 6. Unauthorized personnel in these areas. 7. Strong smells in labs or factory areas. 8. Doors that are left open or damaged. 9. Any machines running or left on after normal working hours. For the above problems or any unusual incidents, contact the Maintenance person in shift to solve the problems or unusual incidents. EQUIPMENT USED ON PATROL: Each tour officer will carry the following equipment with them on each tour: 1. Flashlight, 2. Walkie-Talkie, 3. Assigned ID Cards for access Upon completion of tours, all equipment will be returned to the Security Center.

CHECKING IN ON TOURS (RADIO or TELEPHONE): The Security Center will check in every twenty (20) minutes with the officer on tour via WALKIETALKIE during the tours. If WALKIE-TALKIE contact is not possible, phone contact must be made.

CCTV Security System:


1. SHIFT PROCEDURES At the beginning of each shift, each officer will conduct a check of all 16 Closed Circuit TV's (CCTV) to ensure they are operational. The four main functions you will check for are: a. The main monitor is showing you all 16 CCTVs on the screen. b. Make sure the FOCUS functions are operational. c. Make sure the ZOOM functions (IN/OUT) both work. 2. OPERATIONAL CHECKS: To begin the operational check of each camera, you will need to know a little about each of the above functions Starting with Camera 1 and end with Camera 20. 3. MONITORING THE CAMERAS: During your shift, one of your primary duties is to monitor the security cameras, when not on your building tours. Some of the items officers need to be watching for during their shifts are: a. Unauthorized personnel or vehicles attempting to enter the facility b. Suspicious packages, personnel, or vehicles around the outside area of the facility Illegal parking by delivery trucks, contractors, visitors, or employees (this would be next to any building or on the grass areas without authorization) d. Vehicle accidents e. Employee and visitor activity around the buildings and in the parking lots f. Shipping and Receiving areas and all docks

g. Fights or attacks on personnel h. Employee or visitor accidents i. Gate malfunctions When a problem occurs with one of the above or in one of the areas listed above, one Security will go to the area to check out the situation. Follow all required steps to resolve the problem. A Security Incident Report must be completed along with all required notifications. 4. LOCATION OF EACH CAMERA: It is important to know the location and capability of each of the 12 cameras. This information is listed below:

Camera 1 on screen display: Camera


Location: Mounted on the corner of the Reception. Capability: To view the Reception area entry and exit.

Camera 2 on screen display: Lunch Room


Location: Mounted on the ceiling between the Canteen door and Canteen entrance from outside Capability: To view the entry and exit in to the canteen

Camera 3 on screen display: Emp Ent


Location: Mounted inside the shopfloor, top of the Production office. Capability: To view the entry and exit of employees in to the shop floor.

Camera 4 on screen display: Plant Ent


Location: Mounted on the wall out side the chemical storage room. Capability: To view the entry and exit in this area.

Camera 8 on screen display: Loading Dock


Location: Mounted on the Canby top to the material loading dock level. Capability: To view the Material gate entry / exit, Transformer yard, DG yard, Scrap yard. It is a PTZ camera which will revolve 360o

Camera 10 on screen display: Main Gate


Location: Mounted on the Security office. Capability: To view the entire Parking lot, Future expansion area etc., It is a PTZ camera which will revolve 360o

Camera 11 on screen display: Main Gate (entry)


Location: Mounted on the Security office. Capability: To view the main gate entry and exit.

Camera 12 on screen display: North (North Perimeter Camera - West View)


Location: Mounted on the North Direction (Side to office Reception). Capability: To view the West zone

Camera 13 on screen display: North (North Perimeter Camera - East View)


Location: Mounted on the North Direction (Corner parallel to west view camera). Capability: To view the East zone

Camera 14 on screen display: West (West Perimeter Camera - South View)


Location: Mounted on the West Direction (Behind Shop floor Building) Capability: To view the South zone

Camera 15 on screen display: West (West Perimeter Camera - North View)


Location: Mounted on the West Direction (Behind Shop floor Building) Capability: To view the North zone.

Camera 16 on screen display: Back Exit (material gate)


Location: Mounted on the Material gate. Capability: To view the Exit of the material gate.

Camera 17 on screen display: Back Exit (material gate)


Location: Mounted on the Material gate. Capability: To view the Entry of the material gate.

Camera 18 on screen display: South


Location: Mounted on the Top of the Compressor near sub station. Capability: To view the East view (future expansion area).

Camera 19 on screen display: South


Location: Mounted on the Top of the Compressor near sub station. Capability: To view the East view (future expansion area).

Camera 20 on screen display: East


Location: Mounted on the wall, back to the security main office. Capability: To view the south direction, STP yard, rain water harvesting pond. OTHER CCTV FUNCTIONS: The CCTV system is equipped with many different functions that, as you work with it on a daily basis, will allow you to learn more about the system. Here are some basic functions you will need to know. If you need to review information on the current hard drive, follow these steps: Main Menu Screen Using the mouse right-click on the mouse, this will bring up an option box. Then left-click on Switch to main menu to Display Screen in full screen. There are button are four circles with 1, 4, 9, and 16 squares in each of them. These squares represent the number of cameras that can be brought up on the screen when one of these buttons is clicked. With a single click, the above number of cameras can be seen on the main monitor. Reviewing Past History Proceed to the MAIN MENU (see Main Menu Screen) and left-click on ACTION. An option option called retrieve video will appear and click that option. select start date/time and end date/time. Then select the CAMERAS tab, to which the video to downloading and click OK. Once the video is downloaded, you can fast forward, rewind, play and pause by using the PLAY/PAUSE button. When you are finished you can view the video and if require it can be saved in the hard disk. MOVING CAMERAS: Cameras 8 and 10 are moveable; they all can pan from side to side, tilt up and down, and zoom in and out. The other cameras are fixed cameras.
