1. PURPOSE:
To establish specific responsibilities of top management for effective implementation of
the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management System.

2. SCOPE:
This applies to all the activities, products and services of Brighter Green Universal
Engineering Pvt Ltd.

3. DEFINITION

Terms Definition

Top Person or group of people who direct and control an organization at


the highest level.

Note 1: Top management has the power to delegate authority and provide
resources within the organization.

Note 2: If the scope of the management system covers only part of an


organization, then top management refers to those who direct and
control that part of the organization.

4. PROCEDURE

Top Management includes Executive Chairman, President & CEO, Unit Heads,
Head of Departments (HOD) / Section Heads.

Top Management ensures that the employees act in the best interests of the
environment, and contribute to safe and healthy workplace.
It is ensured by:
● publicizing and implementing the organizational health and safety policy and
the Objectives;
● launching, maintaining and controlling measures for HSSE management
System
● Integrating HSSE management System actions with other spheres of
responsibility;
● the appropriate HSSE management System training of employees;

Specific HSSE responsibilities will be communicated to Management personnel in


writing by the Head of site Role, responsibilities, authorities are defined in the
procedure.
