MEDIXTOGO Ambulance Service is specialized in transporting patients in need of cardiac critical care to
definitive care. Our ambulance service has been providing this service to patients from various hospital
and institutions since September 2022.

Currently , MEDIXTOGO is securing a license from the Department of Health (DOH) as non-institution-
based/free-standing type II-advance Life Support (ALS) Ambulance. In light of this, MEDIXTOGO is
humbly requesting approval to secure Permit to Purchase/Possess/License for Six (6) units VHF/FM
Handheld Radio Transceiver to meet the needs of our company for a higher standard of
communications required in our daily activities and to ensure that information is communicated quickly
and efficiently.
