1. Basic introduction to your business model:


- These robots are designed to be entertaining for audiences. So, we all
know that people use such robots for various reasons, like they can help
people relax and unwind, and they can keep their children entertained
because humans also need to include entertainment in their lives in order
to be diverted from daily struggles or even boredom. That's why we create
our own robot designs that can help people to be entertained at a very
affordable price for some people.
- The robot is for entertainment that can be used by different people (child
or adult). It is easy to use.
- The purpose of this robot is to entertain kids, it is made to help the users
to focus and decrease stress.

2. Customer targets:
- Child AND Baby (age 2-14 years old)
- Teen/ adult (age 15 -25 years old)
Why children? As we all know, children and babies are the ones who also
need these kinds of robot toys to entertain them as well as to help them to
develop their problem solving and emotional skills. Additionally, it also
teaches children about sharing, helps develop their fine and gross motor
skills and nurtures their creativity and imagination.
Why Teen and Adult? We also put this as our target market because
teens and adults are prone to stress so this kind of robot can help to
reduce their stress and help them to entertain and relax themselves.

3. Customer challenges:
- Our product may not be affordable to everyone because we ensure that
the material, we use is very durable and will last a long time.
4. Our solution:
- We will find a cheaper material that is applicable to our robot model, and
we will ensure that the material we will be using can meet the quality of
our previous model.

5. Our value:
- We make sure that the cheap material that is used in the robot model is
durable and presentable.

6. Our pricing:
- So, as we calculate based on the materials that we used. Our product will
cost or range about 2000 pesos to 3000 pesos per product.

7. Our messaging:
- Our product is worthy because it is good to entertain not only yourself but
also your children. Also, it is durable, so you can be assured that this
product will last long. The quality of this product will satisfy and meet your
desired standard.

8. Go-to- Market:
- Any social media platform that we can post our products using our
application and website page.

9. Investment required:
- Approximately 3,000 pesos will be the cost required to make this product a
success.

10. Growth opportunity:


- Make An Effort to Know Your Customers - This is very important and is
definitely one of the things that should be prioritized when planning to
grow your business because from your knowledge of your customers you
are able to provide your customers personalized products and services.
- Excellent Customer Service - Excellent customer care has a positive
impact on your current customers driving them to make referrals of your
business to their friends. Acquiring new customers is great to grow your
business.
- Use Social Media - By using social media, you literally grow your
business in terms of reach. Through social media, you can reach wide
customers and prospective customers.
- Value Current Customers - Though it is very important to get new
customers to be able to grow your business, it would be right and fitting if
you consider first your current customers. You can build a lasting impact
or credibility to your current customers.
- Shop place - Finding a shop that we can sell our products, so we can
supply their shop and our products will be sold immediately.
