GRATITUDE JOURNAL
For this day, I would like to thanks my professor who teaching us a good attitude. Today
I have a lot of learning that I received from this subject. Nagpapasalamat din ako dahil
binigyan kami ng isang professor na magaling magturo at mas binibigyan pa kami ng
mga kaalaman para matuto at gumalang sa kahit na sino man ang aming kaharap. You,
as a teacher, have a unique opportunity to demonstrate to your students the importance
of self-care and mindfulness. Practicing gratitude yourself can bring benefits including
lower stress levels, increased mental strength, improved sleep, and feeling healthier
overall. Our hope is that this gratitude journaling activity will help you and your students
focus on positivity, build resilience, and experience the joy of making music. And also sa
mga bagay na hindi namin maintindihan, mas binibigyan mo kami ng kalinawan sa mga
tanong namin. Madaming bagay ang mahirap intindihin pero dahil we have a prof like
you na mas pinapaintindi at mas iniexplain ng maayos ang sagot ay nagkakaron kami
ng tamany destinasyon kung saan mas nag kakaroon kami ng mas malalim na kaisipan
at pag-iintindi. Another new day, I thank God for giving me another day and for always
guiding me and salamat din sa pamilya ko at supported sila sa studies ko. Today is my
rest day and of course I deserve to rest because of the tiring class yesterday, after
resting I made it my daily routine to work out to keep my body strong and active dahil
mahalagang mapangalagaan Ang katawan habang bata pa. After that I had to help with
the housework of course para hindi gano mapagod si mama dahil hindi naman na siya
ganon kabata. Nag walis walis lang ako to keep the house clean. This afternoon
sumama ako kay mama para mamalengke dahil madami ang bitbitin and also we will
have time with each other to bond and talk kahit na busy ako sa studies ko at habang
magkasama kami she gives me advice for the betterment of my future and keep faith in
God at Pag uwi ay dumaan kami sa simbahan to thank and apologize for the mistakes
we made.

SBAC - 1B Day 9 Thursday

GRATITUDE JOURNAL
Today is a new day, we are home and thank you and we are safe and I learned a lot
from mom's advice and at church I learned a lot from the lessons mentioned there and
now mas nabigyang motivation pa ako sa mga pag subok na darating at I will be a
successful person in the future. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us
yesterday. It has been a great school year, and I appreciate your help and support.
Thank you for always being there for me when I need help and pushing me to do my
best. I will never forget all of the things you have done for us, and I am truly grateful.
Thank you for being such a passionate teacher and always going the extra mile to help
your students learn and grow. You are indeed one-of-a-kind, and I am grateful to have
you as my teacher. Thank you for everything, teacher. Another day and of course my

GRATITUDE JOURNAL
Today is my brothers birthday and after school im going to his house with my

whole family and nag celebrate kami. Masaya ang araw na ito dahil may
panibago nanaman akong natutunan sa school kung saan maapply ko sa aking

pang araw araw at nadagdagan ang kaalaman ko sa mga bagay bagay na hindi
ko pa nalalaman. Kahit nakakapagod dahil sa byahe masaya parin dahil nakauwi

ng ligtas at masarap ang kinain dahil sa handa ng aking kuya. Sa school ay


nagkaroon din kami ng activities na essay to be open to the problems that are

faced and there is a lot of stress in the problems at the same time. Nag
papasalamat ako sa prof namin dahil ito ang naisip niyang ipagawa para

maibahagi at mailabas namin ang mga problema namin dahil alam ng prof na
makakatulong ito upang mapagaan ang mga nararamdaman namin. After we did

the essay, he checked it and he gave advice to us not to give up on problems and
instead of being weak, turn it into motivation so that you can achieve your goal

in life and he said keep grinding until you succeed. I am thankful because I
learned a lot from our prof and now I have to prioritize my objectives in life to

reach my dream. Hindi hadlang ang pagod upang tumigil sa pag aaral dahil
nandyan ang pamilya upang bigyan lakas ang mga anak at nandyan din ang mga

guro na walang sawang turuan ang mga estudyante na maging malakas at


matatag sa buhay to reach you dream. Madami akong natutunan na lesson sa

professor sa bawat araw na ako ay papasok sa school.

Nag papasalamat ako sa prof namin dahil ito ang naisip niyang ipagawa para

maibahagi at mailabas namin ang mga problema namin dahil alam ng prof na
makakatulong ito upang mapagaan ang mga nararamdaman namin. After we did

the essay, he checked it and he gave advice to us not to give up on problems and
instead of being weak, turn it into motivation so that you can achieve your goal

in life and he said keep grinding until you succeed. Another day and of course my
