High Performance Liquid Chromatography: General principle, sample preparation, separation process (normal phase and reverse phase separation), instrumentation, method development and applications. Capillary Electrophoresis (CE): Introduction to Electrophoresis, Theory and principle of CE, mobility, electro-osmotic flow separation by CE, instrumentation, modes of operation, applications. CHM-607 Analytical Chemistry Practical’s-I 2(0-2) The experiments may be set making use of the following instruments depending upon their availability.
