I need to undergo teaching internship because

It will help me develop and practice my teaching

skills and also experience the task and role of the
teacher in school. In addition to that, the school will
serve as our training ground to be able to acquire the
skills that we need when the right time comes. It also
gives us the opportunity to apply what we have learned in
actual classroom practice.

Am 4 phases of internship, which seems difficult?

For me the most difficult phases of internship are the phase 2. The reason is that, it’s was
difficult to build a relationship with the students because I am not familiar to them and I have an
idea what kind of attitude they have. They are so naughty and doesn’t listen right away.
Sometimes, they also behave depending on their mood. Also, the phase 3 on site task, the thing is
the students are so talkative when I am discussing some will keep on going out without a
permission.
