MOTION TO WITHDRAW
APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

Accused, by herself, unto this Honorable Court,


respectfully states, That:

1. The Honorable Court issued a Decision in the instant


cases on September 4, 2019, sentencing her to suffer the
imprisonment, for both cases;

2. Accused has applied for probation in the instant cases,


which the Honorable Court has granted in an Order dated
September 19, 2019;

3. Upon the promulgation of the said Decision on


September 4, 2019, accused has been in detention at the
BJMP Tanauan City up to the present;

4. Accused has other criminal cases pending for which


reason Accused wishes to reserve her privileges of Probation.
PRAYER

WHEREFORE, Accused humbly and respectfully


implore of this Honorable Court that her application for
probation be withdrawn.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the given


circumstances, are likewise prayed for.
