Respected Sir/Madam,

It is stated that I Ms. Farah Naz is an employee at your


school since 2013, appointed as an Urdu teacher initially at Pakturk Maarif
school boys’ campus spinny road Quetta and now I am serving in junior campus
Jinnah Town Quetta. When I was appointed at the school, I had done double
masters in Urdu and in Islamiyat. Later on, I acquired an M-Phil degree in Urdu
to serve the purpose well in my job. I had also remained the Head of Urdu
department for two years.

Sir, I have served this institution for nine years with my full devotion without
leaving any stone unturned. Sir, I am widow and the only earning member of
my family. While keeping in view the current wave of inflation I am not able to
meet my family’s daily expenditures and educational exposure.

Sir, I am motivated to continue serving with the same dedication, and for the
same purpose I have completed my M-Phil degree. As a family I request the act
of kindness on my salary package and give the increment according to my M-
Phil degree.
