Introduction
Planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on particular
tasks, especially to boost effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity, is the practice of time
management.
Initially, time management referred to just business or work activities, but eventually, the
term broadened to include personal activities as well. A variety of abilities, resources, and
methods can be utilized to manage time when completing particular tasks, projects, and goals in

Research Design

involves the recruitment of data describing an event or situation, organizing, plotting, and
description the data collected. The researchers will present all figures in tabular forms to simply

This study will be conducted at Dr. Ramon de Santos National High School, San
Antonio, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, with a total population of 2,620 students. It is a
public school that belongs to the Department of Education - Schools Division of Nueva Ecija. It
provides Senior High School for students around Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija with two tracks offered.
The Academic Track with three strands, namely, Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics (STEM), Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), and Humanities and

Social Sciences (HUMSS). The other track being offered is named as the Technical Vocational
Livelihood (TVL) with four subordinate strands that include; Industrial Arts (IA), Agri-Fishery
Arts (AFA), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Home Economics (HE).
Research Respondents
The respondents of this study are selected Grade 11 HUMSS students in Dr. Ramon De
Santos National High School S/Y 2022-2023, conducted in the second semester. Certainly, this
study set limitations in order to meet the exact due date of this research. Grade 11 HUMSS
consists of four (4) sections (Aristotle, Socrates, Heraclitus, Aquinas). In every section, 15
students will be selected with the total of sixty (60) as certain target respondents in order to
gather the data conveniently. In that population, the goals of this study will be successfully
achieved.
Research Instrument
The researchers will use an Online Survey Questionnaire as the main instrument for
gathering data that can be used in the study on checklist method. The researchers used four
markers for answering where each verbal description can be identified. The number four (4) is
strongly agree, number three (3) agree, the number two (2) disagree and number one (1) strongly
disagree. For proper learning results, the instruments to be used in research will be done more
carefully for data and information that will be gathered. In the first part of the questionnaire, the
socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents including their name, age, sex, and the

Introduction
Millennials, also known as generation Y is thought to be anyone born from the 1980's to
early 2000's. Someone who has reached adulthood in the 2000's or at least been a child in the
2000's, Yvette Yemshy (2017). Millennials music taste may depend on each person's music taste.
It may be pop, hiphop rap or whatever they frequently listen to. One's music taste may also
depend on trends, the beat, or maybe the lyrics or the meaning of the song. In some cases one's
music taste comes from what they usually or frequently hear. For example, they always hear
songs played by their neighbors, it is repeatedly played day after day. This then will be attached
in their brain, will be familiar to the song and will like it. So in short, in some cases, ones music
