“You are currently operating a small business with approximately 20 employees.

Every time,
when preparing for products and/or services delivery, your order fulfillment department will
issue both Delivery/Service Order and Invoice and pass to the delivery men. Both documents
are prepared in hard copy. At the customer’s end, the person in charge is required to chop and
sign to acknowledge receipt. Both Delivery/Service Order and Invoice documents are pre-
printed forms, supplied to you by a printing company. All details within both documents are
hand-written. The preparation of both documents is rather manual and presents various
difficulties or challenges.”

Calendar Invitations
1. Google Calendar, conduct at least 5 sessions
-Send an invitation to all members. Specify the meeting title, date, time and venue clearly. You
can also opt for online discussion (add Gmeet). Provide a descriptive agenda for every meeting.
-Print all meeting sessions in Google Calendar and convert them into PDF format for
submission. Name the pdf files as 1st Meeting.pdf, 2nd Meeting.pdf and so on.
-Present your Google Calendar briefly during your presentation.

2. Working Files Storage


-Google Drive only for all your assignment
-By using your TARUMT Student’s Gmail Account, create a shared folder in your Gdrive. Invite
all team members and Tutor and appoint them as Editor, not Viewer. This folder contains all
assignment working files.

3. Assignment Report (in Gdoc format)


-Within your shared folder, create a Gdoc file and name it as 04 Assignment Report. This file
must be in Gdoc format, Ms Word format is not allowed.
-Within 04 Assignment Report file, put in the following headers and sub-headers:
● Preliminary Investigation
● Exact nature of the problem during Invoice and Delivery/Service Order Issuance
● Required improvements
● Detailed Analysis
● Users’ wants, needs and requirements
● Recommended solution
4 .Solution Workbook (in Ms Excel format, placed within your shared folder)
Create a workbook in Ms Excel format, not Gsheet. Name it as 05
Solution Workbook.xlsx. To be aligned to practical exercises
that use Ms Excel. To also expose students to both Microsoft and
Google technologies.
• Within this Workbook, create 2 worksheets and name them as Delivery-Service Order and
Invoice.
• Design your recommended solution within these 2 worksheets. Incorporate relevant
information as necessary.
• Place your company logo in both documents.
• Use relevant Ms Excel functions and custom formulas in your worksheets.
• Use appropriate Ms Excel Data Validation to ensure appropriate data is entered into both
worksheets. Provide messages to guide user and thus making your worksheets user-friendly.
• Use appropriate Ms Excel security settings to ensure workbook and worksheet integrity.

5.Presentation Slides (in Ms PowerPoint format, placed within your shared folder)
- Minimum of 10 slides, maximum of 15 slides. Allowable presentation duration: 10 to 15
minutes.

iii. 03 Coursework Feedback Form.docx
iv. 04 Assignment Report in Gdoc format. Must be turned in for Google Originality Check
(allowable matching rate: <25%). Submit this report to Tutor’s Google Classroom.
v. 05 Solution Workbook.xlsx, in Ms Excel format.
vi. 06 Presentation Slides.pptx, in Ms PowerPoint format.
vii. Create and name a folder as Calendar Invitations. Put all your meeting pdf files into this
folder.
