2022 Liquidation Form

This document provides guidelines for using an Excel liquidation form for employee expenses in 2022. It instructs the user to enter their name, classify receipts by month and category, and not delete any tabs. Receipts should be in the employee's name, dated in 2022, and from a BIR-registered establishment. Tables show the user's expense ceilings by category and month. GUIDELINES IN USING THE EXCEL LIQUIDATION FORM

2022

1. Please indicate your name at C1 on January tab only.


2. Fill in details of receipts you collected and classify accordingly.
3. The summary tab will help you monitor the receipts you have submitted and receipts that you can still use.
4. In printing, please use LONG BOND PAPER and set printing to 1 to 1 if you have 35 items or less, otherwise print 1 to 2 or 3.
5. Do not DELETE ANY TAB in this file.
REMINDER:

1. Receipts should be in the name of the EMPLOYEE.


2. Receipts should be dated 2022.
3. Receipts should be BIR registered (TIN, Name of Establishment, Address, Authority to Print)
