TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Nationals of Ukraine who are travelling under the Ukraine Family Scheme must present a
Travel Letter issued by the United Kingdom.
These passengers with a Travel Letter may travel to the United Kingdom without a UK visa
in their passport.
Visa is not required for transit through United Kingdom (UK).

Additional Information

Visa is not required for passengers who hold permanent residence in the UK provided
they return to the UK within 2 years of their last departure.
Visa is not required for passengers holding a passport that has a “Certificate of
entitlement to the right of abode” label. The certificate is invalid if it was not transferred
into a new passport once the old passport had expired.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Visa confirmed for Canada.

Authorisation: Nationals of Ukraine are permitted to enter holding a counterfoil-less visa


issued by Canada, provided also holding an approval letter issued by Immigration,
Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
Passengers not holding onward/return tickets or other acceptable evidence of
onward/return travel may be refused entry.

Additional Information

Passengers who hold dual nationality with Canada must use a Canadian passport to travel
to or transit through Canada. Passengers travelling to or from a country that requires them
to use the passport issued by its own government must carry both passports when
travelling. This does not apply to American-Canadian dual citizens travelling to Canada
and holding a passport issued by the United States, provided they also hold identification
that shows their Canadian citizenship.
Passengers who do not hold a valid Canadian passport but have previously received a
certificate of Canadian citizenship or held a Canadian passport in the past, or were
granted Canadian citizenship after having been a permanent resident of Canada, may
apply for Special Authorisation provided they meet one of the following conditions:
1. They have not been issued a Canadian passport that is valid on the day of your
travel;

2. They have a flight to CanadaSave Settings


that leaves in less than 10 days;

3. They have a valid passport from a visa-exempt country; or
