Description:

Successful and rapid re-engineering of the US bank’s infrastructure is a prerequisite for Group’s
long-term strategy in the US. The Greenfield program will replace the costly, legacy infrastructure
of the US bank by, re-engineering internal processes, modernizing business-critical Information
Technology (IT) systems and aligning the US bank with the Group’s Target Business Models
(TBMs), Target Operating Models (TOMs) and standardized Customer Propositions.
Eliminating stranded infrastructure costs is a critical success factor for the broader Organizational
Effectiveness Program following disposals of non-strategic businesses. The full scope of the
program combines two critical elements of the Group’s Organizational Effectiveness Program:
• Streamline IT
• Re-engineer processes
Under this project all the legacy systems mostly built on Mainframes platform were converted to
HUB As400.

Responsibilities

 Involved in requirements gathering, periodical reporting to the Line Manager.

 Involved in environment building tasks which are required to run the applications.
 Developing Code based on the requirement.
 Automating the environment related exceptions extraction.
 Involved in the preparation of utility which extracts the exceptions related to incorrect
authority, owner, cross owners and many more while creating a new environment.

on), the system has been extensively developed to cover the needs of the Trade Services and
