POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible and accountable for handling complete
recruitment life cycle and work closely with Team Leader in order to understand client’s
recruitment needs. The role involves attracting suitable candidates through various Job
Portals, Professional sites (LinkedIn etc.), as well as through networking, headhunting,
recommendations and referrals. Good people skills are essential, as is the ability to
communicate clearly through the written word.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling end to end recruitment process for senior & middle management level.
Sourcing candidates through different channels of Recruitment like various Job
Portals, Professional Sites, Database, as well as through networking,
headhunting, recommendations and referrals.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job
qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing
responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Involvement in preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their
competencies, academic, experience, & communication skills and aspirations i.e.
positions, salary, relocation aspects etc...
Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits,
work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional
opportunities & other related information.
Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers about the recruitment activities
and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed
without compromising the organisation's standards of privacy and confidentiality.
To prepare MIS and data for analysis.
Responsible for ensuring timely deliverables.
Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording
their joining reports and maintaining resume database.
Headhunting - generating leads and converting them.
Convincing candidates to accept offers and join.
Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their
business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the
agreed methodology.
Pre and post interview follow-up with the candidates.
Any other related works as assigned from time to time by your reporting
authority.
