OUR CLIENT (SUSAN MAKENA STANLEY )

We have been given irrevocable instructions from our client Susan Makena to address you as
hereunder.
Our client is a registered owner of the above captioned parcel which you were only allowed to
utilize but not permanently possess the same .

Our attention is further brought to the fact that you were given a separate land being
Abotuguchi /Mariene 2185 WHEREOF there has been several attempts to have you move
to the said portion in vain .
Our client is very agitated by your mean act to deny the owner and would be heir of their
rightful use and possession of the land which apparently you conceeded with full knowledge
that is her maternal inheritance .

We have stern instruction to bring to your attention that your action borders both civil and
criminal offence as you have constantly in your illegal possession of the said portion of land
continued to cause breach of peace and even assaulted our client a matter reported before
the area chief .

Our instruction is to demand and we hereby adjure you to cooperate with our client to the best
interest of the entire family which land you OUGHT TO MOVE WITHIN A PERIOD
OF 14 DAYS.
TAKE NOTICE that if you do not comply with the aforementioned directive within the next
fourteen [14] calendar days we will have no option but embark on the readily available legal
channel to buttress our client’s right to ownership as enshrined in the constitution with the costs
and other incidentals arising therefrom being borne by yourself exclusively.

May wise counsel prevail.
