connectivity issue, PST issues, Rules Creations & rest all settings).
Resolution of Windows XP / Windows 7/8/10 issues, Reinstallation of Windows, Data
backup & Restore, Domain Joining.
Resolution of Hardware issues (Notebook, Desktop, TFT, Scanner, Printer etc.).
Maintenance and record keeping of all the IT Assets, including Desktop system, Laptops,
Printers, Scanner, TFT Displays, Network Switches and wireless network equipment.
