Churros Recipe

Ingredients:

● 1 cup of water
● 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
● 2 tbsp of white sugar
● 1 tsp of vanilla extract
● 1 cup of flour (sifted)
● 1/3 tbsp Salt
● 3 eggs
For Cinnamon Sugar
● ¼ cup of white sugar
● 1 tsp of cinnamon

Procedure:

1. Put water, butter, and sugar in a big pot and cook them up over medium heat.
adding vanilla after bringing to a boil.
2. Add flour and salt after turning the heat off. Stir with a wooden spoon for 30
seconds or until thickened.
3. Cool your batter for 5-7 minutes then beat in eggs one at a time until combined.
4. Add enough oil to a big pot to cover the sides halfway, and heat to 375°. Take
kitchen scissors to break off dough from piping bag and delicately pipe churros
into bite size pieces while holding the piping bag a few inches above the oil.
5. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large open star tip.
6. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes, rotating occasionally, until golden. Cook 3 to 4 churros at
once. Churros can be taken out with a slotted spoon or tongs, immediately
covered in cinnamon sugar.
7. Serve with chocolate or caramel dip. Then, enjoy.
