 Please remain in your station, for our opening prayer and to be


followed by our national anthem.

 Good morning everyone, today we held this special activity. With the
theme “INTO THE NURSING PROFESSION WE IMMERSE, DELVING
INTO THE LIFE OF AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE”.

 Without much farther ado, to formally open our program for today,
help me welcome miss JULIE TANOJA for her opening remark.

 Thank you so much MS TANOJA for that ideal message, we are


enlightened indeed.

 Moving on to our next part may I call in MS. THESALONIA LOBRICO


for the reading of general objectives

 Thank you so much MS. LOBRICO for the well exhaustive


interpretation.

 For the READING OF SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES is to be discourse by


MS. SAMANTHA MEDROSO .

 Thank you so much MS. MEDROSO for those insights. Certainly,


we are being productive today.

 moving forward, let us first listen to the reading of guidelines by MS.

 Before we begin, let me to introduce our guest speaker, MS. VALERIA


ANN A. COSICOL, who works at Equiparco Construction Company as a
company nurse. Please give her a stounding warm of applause
 THANKYOU, We are now down to our interview fragment. I hope that
everyone is much ready for the tasks, and let us enjoy and take part in
this activity through our inter-active participations. Let us now call
MS. COSICOL'S for her brief presentation. Everyone is intended to pay
attention. -----------

 Without a doubt, it was indeed an informative launch. Do you agree


with me?

 Now let us keep the ball rolling. Are you guys, want more
enlightenment? Now if you do, let us go to our interview proper.

 Awesome is an understatement, for a job well done people, in fact it


was splendid. I am sure that every participants in this flat form where
filled with new information, ideas and even point of views.

 However, the pressure is still on, as we are now in a very critical and
sensitive part of our activity, the Open-Forum. Nevertheless, before we
are going to our INTERVIEW PROPER, allow me to give to you some
reminders during our interview proper, to avoid chaos.
 The spared time for interview, this time you can raise your questions and other
queries, in a civil way.
 In raising questions and queries, please do not overlap and intervene from Ms.
Cosicol, let the her attend to the questions.
 Wait for your turn.
 Everyone and anybody is very welcome to share their thoughts and express their
ideas during the forum in manner way.

 I hope all of us learn something from the big picture of the objective of
this activity. It was, a rollercoaster ride experience for me, I hope so
do you. This activity is actually invigorating and very engaging to all
of us. I would not miss this opportunity to thank and appreciate all the
participants for this program; it was overwhelming, knowing the
dedication we put into, for this activity.
 Now we have come to the recognition and appreciation to all our
efforts and sacrifices to make this event a success. Moreover, may I
have the honor to present to you these certificates.

 May I call in MS VILLARICA for the giving of certificate

 Congratulations everyone, all of us deserves a tap at the back, for a


very impressive work. On the other hand, now we have come to the
end of the journey.

 Before this activity officially ended, may I call in MS. SHIENA TAYONE
for her parting words.

 Thank you so much MS. TAYONE for that motivating message,


surely we will take those words into heart.

 Before we separate ways, allow me to have an audio visual


presentation for our closing prayer, for the divine protection for all of
us, as we continue to do some of our personal errands.

 Once again, it has been a thrilling and interesting day for us all. I hope
