Prepare the prescribed syllabi thoroughly


. 15h to 17 February 2023 are preparatory holidays.
. Parents have to clear any fees due before the commencement of Annual exams.
+. All students registered for additional subjects should also for the exams
appear as per given
schedule.
Children will come to school at usual timings. Late comers will not be allowed.
O. School buses will ply as per usual timings in the morning.
In the afternoon, from 20 February
onwards, the buses will start from school immediately after the exam is over.
Students not using school transport must make arrangements accordingly.
Students will assemble in their respective classrooms for prayer and attendance. Zero Period will be
from 7:40 a.m. to 8:40 a.m. followed by Snack Break till 9:30 a.m. Please ensure that
you do give
the child some healthy breakfast to have during this time.
9. At 9:30 a.m. students should settle down in the classes according to the seating plan. Reading time
will be given from 9:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The exam starts from 10:00 a.m. onwards.
10. The school believes in zero tolerance for using unfair means in examinations and so students are
advised not to indulge in any kind of activity, which can be declared as unfair means. Please do not
bring mobile phones to school.
11. Parents will be informed about students falling in Retest category. Accordingly, they have to
collect the date sheet from respective class teachers on Thursday 16h March 2023 from 8:00
.m. - 11:00 a.m.

12. The Annual Result will be declared on 21 March 2023, Tuesday from 8:00 am to 11:00 a.m.
13. Block teaching for class XII will begin from Wednesday 22d March, 2023.
14 Students should come in proper summer uniform from 22d March 2023.
15. Old books and uniforms, packed neatly, can be left at the school
reception/ school gate for donating
to the needy.
