FOR THE CONDUCT OF 2022 DENR-10 ENVIRONMENTAL


SPORTSFEST
May 16, 2022- June 10, 2022

I. RATIONALE
The DENR-10, annually celebrates its environment month to provide awareness to all
stakeholders and wellness to its employees. To strengthen the camaraderie and provide a
healthy physical condition among its employees, the 2022 Environmental Sportsfest shall be
conducted in the Regional Office.

II. OBJECTIVES

The activity specifically aims to:

1. Promote physical fitness among its employees;

2. Promote camaraderie and friendship towards co-workers and develop


sportsmanship.

III. DATE AND SCHEDULE


The said event shall be conducted on May 16, 2022-June 10, 2022, 2020

IV. PARTICIPANTS
The 2022 Environmental Sportsfest will be participated by all employees selected to
represent their respective offices.

V. Budgetary Requirements

The expenses shall be carried and equally shared by the EMB, MGB, DENR-10,
Technical Services and DENR-10 Management Services in the amount of 75,000.00 Pesos
each.

Basketball including the officiating officials, venue preparation, repainting 85,000.00


and prices

Volleyball including the officiating officials, venue preparation and prices 50,000.00

Badminton including the officiating officials, venue preparation and prices 25,000.00

Chess and Table tennis including the officiating officials, venue 30,000.00
preparation and prices

Dart including the officiating officials, venue preparation and prices 25,000.00

Larong Pinoy including the officiating officials, venue preparation and 25,000.00
repainting

Dance Sport including the officiating officials, venue preparation and 30,000.00
repainting
20 Shirts for the Coordinators X 500 per pax 10,000.00

Contingency expenses 20,000.00

Total P 300,000.00
