I Pramila Arun Shetty, owner of ISHAN CATERERS, hereby revoke all prior powers of attorney and appoint Pawan M Shetty, a Chartered Accountant, to represent ISHAN CATERERS before tax authorities. Pawan M Shetty is authorized to appear, file returns and documents, receive notices, and conduct all matters related to service tax, GST, income tax, and other taxation acts. This power of attorney will remain in effect until revoked in writing and applies to all past, present and future tax years. POWER OF ATTORNEY

I Pramila Arun Shetty Prop ISHAN CATERERS Service Tax Number: SERVICE TAX NO:
CUXPS8449ESD001 of Pune for and on behalf of myself do hereby revoke all our prior powers of Attorney
and do hereby constitute, nominate, appoint and authorize Shri.Pawan M Shetty, Chartered Accountant, or
any of their qualified representatives, employees, articled clerks, partners or constituted attorneys in my name
and on my behalf:

1. To appear, represent plead, settle and argue on my behalf before all authorities / officer appointed or
acting under the Service Tax Act, GST Act, Income Tax Act, the Wealth Tax Act, the Gift Tax Act, the
Companies (Profit) Sur-tax, the Interest Tax Act, Estate Duty Act, Wealth Transfer Act and any other
taxation Acts, the Companies Act and Indian Partnership Act, to produce the accounts, documents ,
certificates and statements and to submit such other evidences and / or explanations for all our assessments,
refunds, proceedings, appeals, revisions, references and applications, to apply for and obtain extensions,
adjournments, certified copies, to take inspection and on our behalf to conduct, answer and defend all actions,
causes, matters and things whatsoever relating to all above Acts, and generally to act for me in all matters
concerned therewith.

2. To sign, verify and submit returns, statements, challans, appeals, revisions, references, petitions,
application for registration and other application and other papers and documents under all the above
mentioned Acts.

3. To accept in their discretion, the service of orders, judgments, notices etc., under the above Acts on
my behalf.

4. Whatever explanations and statements they shall make in connection with the matters referred to in
these presents will be binding on me.

5. This authorization shall hold good for all proceedings and for doing everything that I can do in respect
of all details stated above and will apply to all matters for the previous years, the current year and the future
years and will remain in force until it is duly terminated in writing.

We also adopt and ratify all the acts within the scope of this presents that they have done on my behalf.
