standard pole attachments, integrated 4G/5G radio poles, and custom concealments.

5G Shrouds
ConcealFab leads the industry by offering a variety of 5G Shrouds. ConcealFab
will begin to offer new shrouds for the Nokia AEUB, Nokia AEUD, Nokia AEUE,
Ericsson 6701, and various Samsung 5G radios as the radios are released Only at ConcealFab

throughout 2019.

5G Modular Shrouds
ConcealFab’s 5G Modular Shrouds are designed to cover the bottom, sides, and
mounting brackets of the 5G radio. The shrouds are made of vacuum-molded
plastic. Our shrouds contain custom mounting bracketry that is slimmer than the OEM
brackets and has 10 degrees of azimuth adjustability.

5G Cable Concealment
ConcealFab’s 5G Cable Concealment Shrouds are designed to cover the power and fiber
cables of the 5G radio. The shrouds are made of vacuum-molded plastic.
These shrouds attach directly to the radio and are compatible with the OEM mounting
brackets.

RF Introduction
ConcealFab has significantly built out its mmW testing capability. Our in-house anechoic
chamber is utilized to qualify all current and new materials for optimal RF performance.

ConcealFab owns and operates an Anokiwave 28Ghz

mmW phased array antenna. This beam-steerable
antenna is used along with a positioner to cut full
patterns though both OEM radomes and custom
ConcealFab materials.

The ability to cut patterns at mmW frequencies allows

ConcealFab to study concealment material effects on
the entire beam-steering azimuth of the phased array.
This in-house testing allows ConcealFab to correctly
test and identify variables which effect performance
that cannot be derived from simple transmission
testing.
5G mmW Vinyl Solutions 8

5G Products
ConcealFab has partnered with 3M to provide a custom mmW vinyl wrap to color match
5G radomes to their surrounding environment. These pre-cut vinyl prints are pattern tested
at 5G mmW frequencies to ensure minimal pattern distortions and losses. ConcealFab’s 3M
vinyl is UV-Stable and impact resistant to last for years. The prints can be ordered in one of
ConcealFab’s standard colors or can be ordered as a custom color or custom texture. For
installation, ConcealFab can provide a list of in-market, 3M certified partners that can help
with installation needs.

ConcealFab's 1X Radio Holster is designed to house (1) Ericsson 220x radio inside our Side

Radio/Antenna Combo Shrouds

Arm Mount. The radio is passively cooled. A variety of antennas can be used also with
ConcealFab's Universal Cantenna Mount. This product is meant to be mounted on the side
of a side of a variety of pole diameters and material types.

5X Radio Holster
ConcealFab's 5X Radio Holster is designed to house a variety of equipment BOMs, with capacity
for up to (5) Ericsson 220X radios and accompanying support BOM. The 5X Holster is able to
house an entire low-power radio BOM within one enclosure. This product is meant to be
mounted on the side of a variety of poles.

10.75” Pole Top Shroud
The 10.75” Pole Top Shroud is designed to enclose either
Radio/Antenna Combo Shrouds

a cylindrical antenna or a panel antenna. The shroud

consists of a field removable top radome section to hide
the serving antenna and a two-piece clamshell lower
section to conceal the RF feed-lines and mounting
brackets. ConcealFab can design provisions to mount
this shroud on a wide variety of poles. This shroud is also
available with mounting provisions for a Smart Meter.

14''/18'' Pole Top Shroud

ConcealFab’s 14’’ and 18’’ Pole Top
Shrouds are designed to enclose the radio
and antenna equipment of a site. An antenna,
radio(s), and power disconnect panel can also
be located within the same shroud. Placing
the radio equipment close to the antenna
reduces cable losses for lower-powered
radios. The shroud includes a stainless steel
internal structure with an eccentric
mounting pipe to provide maximum
volume for mounting radio equipment
below the serving antenna. Radio
equipment is kept cool by perforated
vents. Mounting provisions include legs to
attach to existing wood/steel poles or
custom flanges to fit replacement poles.
The shroud legs are designed to attach to
poles between 4” and 14” in diameter.

Pedestal Base
ConcealFab’s 4G/5G High-Power solution adds a Pedestal Base
under the 12’’ Integrated Radio Monopole. High-power
radios and associated equipment are placed inside the
Pedestal Base, while low-power radios and other equipment
are housed within the 12’’ pole itself.

ConcealFab’s Pedestal Bases are structurally rated, open

cavities that allow for maximum equipment density. Fan
cooling is necessary for high-power radios.

ConcealFab's line of 4G/5G poles are rated to TIA-222 REV H code using Southern Florida
wind loading. ConcealFab can also design a variety of foundation systems. Along with
traditional cast-in-place concrete foundations, ConcealFab is also experienced with helical
anchor foundation systems and precast concrete foundations.

ConcealFab has a history of producing a wide variety of pole configurations to match the

existing poles within a polygon. Each pole must be configured to provide the ideal 4G
centerline, 5G centerline, and luminaire mounting elevation. ConcealFab can easily create
designs using information that is typically collected during the site survey.

Marketing Support
ConcealFab understands that permitting jurisdictions often require photo simulations and
renderings in order to approve a node solution. We are experts at producing these
deliverables in order to speed deployments. ConcealFab can also provide live solution
training for site development teams.
