Example Observation Visit Form

Candidates for the Cambridge PDQ Programme are required to observe an experienced teacher's lesson accompanied by their mentor. After observing, the candidate and mentor discuss the key features of an effective lesson based on what was observed in the experienced teacher's lesson and their own knowledge and experiences. The candidate then documents these key features and their reflections on the lesson in an observation form.
