pleased to provide the following surface treating proposal describing Enercon's Blown Ion Series
Plasma Treater, Blown Ion Pro Series Plasma Treater, Blown Ion Series Plasma Treater and Blown Ion
Pro Series Plasma Treater.

Our application engineers have examined your project’s parameters and have designed a cost-
effective surface treating system that takes advantage of Enercon's latest technology. Enercon hereby
offers to sell Graphic Packaging equipment based on the Application Parameters, Equipment
Specifications and Sales Conditions contained in this quotation.

Laboratory Testing

To ensure our proposed solution is optimized for your application success we require that you
send us samples for evaluation and testing. Testing product is a free service offered by Enercon.
Laboratory testing ensures our proposed equipment is the most suitable for your application. Due to
variations in resin blends, additive loading, etc., we cannot guarantee the success of this application
without a sample.

Payment
100% prior to shipment. Selected options may affect payment terms. Prices quoted are Ex Works
Enercon and do not include freight, export crating, insurance charges, or any applicable tax or duty.
This proposal is firm for 30 days.

For the convenience of international customers, telegraphic transfer of payment may be made using
the following specific instructions: BMO Harris Bank, Chicago, Illinois, Routing and Transit Number
071000288 for transfer to the account of Enercon Industries Corporation, account number

Delivery
Current deliveries are running 4 to 6 weeks. Selected options may increase lead times. All delivery
times commence at receipt of a firm purchase order, all necessary signed documents and drawings,
and any applicable down payment. However, if you have a special delivery requirement, please contact
us. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requirements. Shipment will be "Via Best
Way," insured at invoice amount unless otherwise directed on customer purchase order.

Terms and Conditions

Any resulting sale is conditional on the buyer’s assent to all terms and conditions attached. Any
conduct or action by buyer recognizing or evidencing the existence of an agreement shall be deemed
to be an acceptance by buyer without exception of seller’s terms and conditions.

Warranty
Enercon warrants all equipment covered by this proposal against all defects in materials &
workmanship for twelve (12) months unless specified otherwise.

Installation

For equipment installation and electrical instructions please contact Enercon. The ambient temperature
should not exceed 40º C (104º F) at 80% relative humidity, non-condensing, for the complete system.
