Mobile Photography Guidelines

The mobile photography competition allows individual participants to submit a single photo taken on their mobile device camera during the engineering days. Photos must be in color, either portrait or landscape, and cannot be edited or violate copyrights. Mobile Photography Competition

Mechanics and Guidelines:

1. Each team should have a one participant.


2. Each participant should submit one photo entry only.

Photograph should be:


I. Created and taken by the contest participant.
II. Created and taken using the default camera app of the mobile devices
ONLY. Other types of cameras ae not allowed (Body Camera, Video Camera.
Digital Camera. etc.)
III. In full color, color correcting is allowed.
IV. Can be in portrait or landscape orientation. Be CONSISTENT.
V. Taken during the first day of the Engineering Days.
Photographs should NOT:

I. Be edited and manipulated (Adobe Photoshop or any other editing software


applications).
II. Violent any rights of a person, including, but not limited to copyrights and privacy.
III. Contain sensitive graphics.

Criteria for Judging:

I. Relevance to the theme – 25%


II. Creativity and Uniqueness of Concept – 25 %
III. Social Media Impression – 50%

Prizes:
Champion – Medal + Certificate of Recognition and 50 points
1st runner-up – Certificate of Recognition and 35 points
2nd runner-up– Certificate of Recognition and 20 points
3rd runner-up – Certificate of Recognition and 10 points
