e-COW TRANSITION IN TRAIN 3


(Before SUEM-2B Hydrocarbon introduction go live)

What we should be aware about e-CoW Transition?


In the preparation of introduction of hydrocarbons to the Train 3, there will be BP eCOW system
transition for all activities in Train-3 as follow:

• All personnel shall complete the SUEM-2B and Commissioning awareness training
• Any work executed in Train-3 will require BP eCOW permit, issued by BP MPO eCOW Team
located at Train-3 MPO e-COW BRM.
• Mandatory one-piece flame-resistant coveralls and Chin strap to be worn at all times
• Only IS radios are allowed. Personal IS mobile phones are not allowed. Only MPO OSC and ER
Team Leader are authorized to carry IS mobile phone
• Cigarettes including electronic cigarettes, mobile phones, cameras, smart watches, and all non-
EX tools are strictly forbidden.
• All tools (power and hand) must be inspected and tagged by authorized CSTS Commissioning
• Plant equipment such as generator, welding machine, lighting generator shall be inspected,
equipped with spark arrestor, tagged and will be managed under eCOW PTW (HWSP – Yellow
Permit).
• All vehicles shall be inspected, approved by TEO/Tangguh Existing Operation, equipped with
Spark arrestor, tagged and shall have PGD with the driver on board and will be managed under
eCOW PTW (HWSP or LRP-Low Risk Permit)

WHAT WE HAVE TO DO IN CASE OF EMERGENCY?

If you hear the emergency alarm keep calm, ensure that


all ignition sources are turned-off, proceed to Muster
Point in orderly manner.
NOTE:
Un-announced Emergency Alarm is
an ACTUAL EMERGENCY!

(Pengenalan sebelum SUEM-2B Hydrocarbon live di Train 3)

Apa yang harus kita ketahui tentang Transisi e-CoW?


Dalam persiapan pengenalan hidrokarbon di Train 3, akan ada transisi sistem BP eCOW untuk
seluruh kegiatan di Train-3 sebagai berikut:

• Semua personel harus menyelesaikan pelatihan SUEM-2B dan pelatihan commissioning


awareness.
• Setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan di Train-3 memerlukan izin BP eCOW, yang dikeluarkan oleh
Tim BP MPO eCOW yang berlokasi di Train-3 MPO e-COW BRM.
• Coverall Flame Retardant dan tali dagu wajib dipakai setiap saat.
• Hanya radio IS yang diperbolehkan. Ponsel IS pribadi tidak diperbolehkan untuk dibawa. Hanya
MPO OSC dan ER Team Leader yang berhak membawa ponsel IS.
• Rokok termasuk rokok elektronik, ponsel, kamera, jam tangan pintar, dan semua alat non-EX
dilarang keras untuk dibawa.
• Semua peralatan (listrik dan tangan) harus diperiksa dan diberi tagginng oleh Komisioning CSTS
yang berwenang
• Peralatan pabrik seperti genset, mesin las, genset penerangan harus diperiksa, dilengkapi
dengan penahan percikan api, diberi tagging dan akan dikelola di bawah eCOW PTW (HWSP –
Izin Kuning).
• Semua kendaraan harus diperiksa, disetujui oleh TEO/Tangguh Existing Operation, dilengkapi
dengan penahan percikan api, diberi taggingn dan harus memiliki PGD dengan pengemudi di
dalamnya dan akan dikelola di bawah eCOW PTW (HWSP atau LRP-Low Risk Permit).

APA YANG HARUS KITA LAKUKAN DALAM KASUS DARURAT?

Jika terdengar alarm darurat tetap tenang, pastikan


semua sumber api dimatikan, lanjutkan ke Muster Point
dengan tertib.
