1. Pupils are shown 2 images, one showing healthy food and the other unhealthy food.
PRE-LESSON 2. Pupils do a class survey by asking 5 classmates what they had the previous lunch/dinner.
3. Pupils share their survey results.
4. Pupils listen to a school nurse talking about what is healthy and what is not healthy and categorize 6 different
types of food. Pupils then discuss answers.
5. Pupils listen to a mother talking to the school nurse and match 6 beginnings of sentences to 6 ends of the
sentences.
LESSON 6. Pupils compare their answers with a partner.
DEVELOPMENT 7. Pupils discuss answers as a class.
8. Pupils listen to another audio and match 4 words to their meanings.
9. Pupils listen and fill in 7 missing words.
10. Pupils listen to the audio for the final time and match 5 words to their meanings.

12. Pupils work in pairs and share a healthy eating advice with their friend and why’s important.
