Purpose: The testimony of ________________________ is offered to prove that on
_____________________ he was a media practitioner in Dumaguete City; that he was
invited to witness the implementation of Search Warrant No. _____________ in the
residence of the accused in _____________ ; that he was one of the witnesses who was
present in the actual search and he also was present during the inventory conducted;
that he signed in the Inventory of Property Seized and in the Receipt of Property
Seized; to identify the document/s which he signed and also the picture wherein his
image is depicted; and to prove compliance with Section 21 of Republic Act 9165 and
for such other relevant matters, Your Honor. May I proceed, Your Honor?

GUIDE FOR STIPULATION:
