Statutory Compliance :
To get the PF Nomination Form, ESIC Registration Form, Gratuity Nomination form filled
from new joined.
To check attendance register, PF & ESIC challans & returns, wage register of contractors.
Maintain monthly legal registers.
Quarterly ER – 1 return
UAN Registration.
Training
Co-ordinate Competency Development program.
Identify training needs as per the feedback of competency development program data.
Coordinate with Manager-HR for renewing the existing training process.
To collect the data on Training needs of various employees from their Performance
Appraisal Records.
To Prepare & design the all training forms & annual training programs calendar under
guidance of Manager – HR and HOD of other departments
Coordinating with H. O. Ds of various departments for seeking nomination of employees for
various Training Programs.
To facilitate and make all the arrangement on the venue of the training program.
Continually Maintaining Training History Card & training documents of all the employees.
Time Office
Time office Management – (Attendance, Leaves Management Record As Per Requirement)
OT , Kaizen , Attendance Bonus record maintaining
Implementation of Various welfare & Motivation Programmers for the Employee.
Canteen Administration (Leading the Canteen Committee)
