Allopathic medicine refers broadly to medical practice that is also termed
Western medicine, evidence-based medicine, or modern medicine.
The term "allopathy" was coined in 1810 by Samuel Hahnemann (1755-
1843) to designate the usual practice of medicine (allopathy) as opposed to
homeopathy, the system of therapy that he founded. Homeopathy is based
on the concept that disease can be treated with minute doses of drugs
thought capable of producing the same symptoms in healthy people as the
disease itself. Although allopathic medicine" was rejected by mainstream
physicians, it was adopted by alternative medicine advocates to refer
pejoratively to conventional medicine.

Homeopathic medicine or homeopathy is a form of complementary and
alternative medicine that uses very small amounts of natural substances,
which in higher amounts would cause a disease. This branch of medicine
came into being in the 19th century and was used frequently at the time.
Interestingly, the first studies using homeopathic remedies were done on
healthy volunteers—similar to many clinical trials done today. While the
use of homeopathy has fallen off with the advent of newer conventional
treatments, there are over 2000 substances that have been utilized as
homeopathic treatments. What exactly is homeopathic medicine, and how is
it thought to work? We will look at what the studies say about its

effectiveness, how this compares with traditional medical options, and the
possible side effects and risks of these therapies.

The Theory Behind Homeopathic Medicine

The theory behind homeopathic medicine is that "like cures like," and that a
substance that causes an illness in a healthy person might cure those
symptoms in someone who is ill. It's believed by practitioners of
homeopathy that a small amount of the substance which causes a disease
will stimulate the body to heal itself. Though this may sound far-fetched,
the theory is somewhat analogous to the basis of vaccination in modern day
medicine; with immunizations, the exposure to a small amount of a killed or
inactivated microbe can result in protection against developing the disease.
An example would be using a very dilute solution of coffee to treat
insomnia.

Homeopathic medicine is based on the theory that "like cures like."

The other theory underlying homeopathy is that of potentization. It's

thought by practitioners of homeopathy that the more dilute an ingredient,
the more potent it becomes. The thought is that diluting and agitating an
ingredient activates the curative powers of the ingredient, thus enhancing its
effect. Potency in homeopathic solutions is indicated by an X or C.

X: For every dilution, one part of an ingredient is mixed with two parts
water. For example, a 1X potency would be a solution that is one part
ingredient and 9 parts water.
C: Potency may also be described with a C. A 1C solution refers to a
solution that is one part ingredient and 99 parts water.

Looking at potentization from a scientific standpoint, many homeopathic

remedies may contain very few or no molecules of the ingredient (for
example, in a 30C solution). Skeptics have described this as the equivalent
of dissolving a tablet of Advil in the ocean and then drinking a few drops. In
response, some proponents of homeopathy claim that the molecules of
ingredient are not what is important, and rather, the dilution process
activates the "vital energy" of the water.
Principles of Homeopathy

There are three main principles behind the practice of homeopathic

medicine:

The law of similars: The law of similars refers to the "like cures like"
theory noted above.

The principle of the single remedy: This principle holds that a single
remedy should cover the physical, emotional, and mental symptoms of an
illness combined.
The principle of the minimum dose: Only a small amount of substance is
first used in a few doses, followed by an infinitesimal amount over time.

History

Homeopathy was developed by a German physician, Samuel Hahnemann,

in 1807. He treated himself with a small amount of tree bark (cinchona
bark) that contains the drug quinine used to treat malaria. When he
developed the symptoms of malaria, he came up with his law of "like cures
like;" believing that drugs that cause specific symptoms can be used to cure
the illnesses that cause those symptoms.
Who Prescribes Homeopathic Remedies and Where Are They Available?

Some homeopathic medications are available at health food stores, whereas

others are available only through a naturopathic doctor or other specialists
in integrative medicine.
Scientific Research Looking at Homeopathic Remedies

Results on the effectiveness of homeopathic remedies have been

inconsistent, primarily due to the lack of any widespread regulation of the
practice. This makes the “dosage” or amount of a homeopathic medicine
present in any particular formulation variable.

A 2016 review of the literature evaluated the study design and results of
studies involving homeopathic remedies to date. The conclusion was that
individualized homeopathy may have small specific treatment effects.1 It's

The COVID-19 pandemic and its effects in early 2020 have surprised
scientists and politicians. If any study aimed at understanding the
phenomenon and which consequently may help to clarify the causes of the
pandemic is carried out, it should be promoted and/or taken into
consideration. The correlation between cases of coronavirus and the
presence of 5G networks has been addressed in alternative media and social
networks. It is noteworthy that, at least in Spain, the media have not covered
the scientific studies on the subject of 5G, nor asked the government any
questions about this in the daily press conferences that it conducts to report
on the state of the situation. The team of scientists advising the Spanish
government has also failed to raise this issue.
It is common sense that the ability to demonstrate this correlation would be
very important data to contribute to the understanding of, and the solution
to, the problem.

Objective
To assess whether a correlation exists between cases of coronavirus and the
presence of 5G networks. Without entering for the moment into subsequent
cause-effect approaches in the case of positive results. Given that there is a
sufficiently large statistical sample, it is possible for the results obtained to
have a high level of reliability.

Material and methods

The study has benefited from the official statistical material published daily,
which is a basic and valuable tool. It should be noted that in these
publications, the methodology used for counting cases of coronavirus
infections does not generally provide real data. In Spain and many other
countries, it has not been calculated as there are not enough tests for such
analyses. However, this does not alter the results of this study since it is
based on the comparative rather than the absolute method of infection.
Therefore, in order to avoid statistical error, we will compare the density
value of confirmed cases of coronavirus (expressed in number of cases per
1000 inhabitants) instead of absolute values. Since the criterion for counting
used by the health authorities within the same state or city is the same, the
comparison of published values for different cities or regions will be equally
reliable for statistics. Comparisons between different countries of confirmed
cases, excluding asymptomatic cases, will be equally reliable. The possible
exception of some non-transparent country that could manipulate the
publication of its data is beyond the control of this study.
The method used was to compare the incidence (no. of cases per 1000
inhabitants) between countries with and without 5G technology. Between
regions of the same country with and without 5G technology. Between
cities of the same state with and without 5G technology. Between different
neighbourhoods of the same city with the 5G network map of that city.
Comparing states with common borders with and without 5G technology.
Comparing the case of one state within another, as is the case of San
Marino.

Results and discussion

To know whether or not the result obtained is that of a random
phenomenon, a statistical analysis of the results of an experiment must be
carried to calculate the probability of the event occurring. The probability
calculation is obtained by dividing the number of favourable cases by the
number of possible cases. If the result shows that it is not a random
phenomenon, it shows sufficient causal reason to analyse the causes.

To eliminate any upward errors we will always opt for the most
conservative numerical option.

Let us therefore calculate the probability of three of the examples analysed

above.
(a) Probability that the 9 most contagious countries on the planet are
countries with 5G networks.
There are 194 countries on the planet. As of 6 March 2020, according to
GSMA, there are 24 countries with 5G technology.
Pr = 24/194 x 23/193 x 22/192 (nine times in total) = 0.1237 x 0.1191 x
0.1145 x 0.1099 x 0.1052 x 0.1005 x 0.0957 x 0.0909 x 0.0860 = = 1.47 x
10 (high -9 ).
The probability is 1 in 680,000,000.
If we include Japan, which also has 5G and rates of infection similar to
those of South Korea …the probability is 1 in 8,500,000,000.
(b) Probability that the 5 most contagious countries in Europe have 5G
networks.
There are 49 countries in Europe, among which it is currently difficult to
know if they currently deploy 5G, as there are 5 that have declared a
moratorium, and many others do not have operational networks although
companies publish as if they were already operational when they have
signed agreements. We will calculate it downwards, as a conservative
option, we will assume that about 15 countries have operational 5G systems.
Pr = 15/49 x 14/48 x 13/47 x 12/46 x 11/45 = 0.00157.
The probability is 1 in 637.
(c) The case of San Marino is highly significant. It is located within the
Italian territory, with a similar culture, economy, and social level, but
presents much higher rates of infection. The only difference is the time of
exposure of its citizens to 5G radiation, because it was the first state in the
world to implement such technology on 4 September 2018, while in Italy it

was 5 June 2019. This opens the door to debate about the likely influence of
5G on the increase in the rates of infection.
Pr = 1/194 x 1/194.
The probability is 1 in 37,636.
These figures are eloquent enough to make calculating the other cases
unnecessary.
The results for the city of Barcelona (pp. 7-8) indicate that sociological
factors do not have a significant influence on the rates of infection, but if we
see a clear relationship with the 5G coverage map, which added to the 4G
coverage, gives us a correlation between mobile coverage and the
proportion of cases of coronavirus. If more data were available, this study
should be extended to other cities.

Findings
1. The results obtained demonstrate a clear and close relationship between
the rate of coronavirus infections and 5G antenna location.
2. This study does not analyse the beneficial or harmful effects on humans
of 5G electromagnetic radiation. However, it does indicate a possible cause-
effect in the current pandemic.
3. A “border effect” is significant, original and unique to this pandemic: it
presents marked differences between contiguous states with and without 5G
installation. it is particularly significant that the countries bordering China
have very low rates of infection. One may also compare between Mexico
and the USA or between Portugal and Spain, etc.
4. The case of San Marino is particularly significant. It was the first state in
the world to install 5G and therefore, the state whose citizens have been
exposed to 5G radiation the longest, and suspiciously, the first state in the
world with infections. The probability of this happening is 1 in 37,636.
5. In the cities studied, Madrid, Barcelona and New York, this correlation is
also observed. In the study of the city of Barcelona (pp. 7-8), it can be seen
that the socio-economic factor plays a significant role.2
6. It is very significant that on the African continent, with scarce health
resources but without 5G, the rate of infection is very low, except for some
antennas in South Africa, which also presents the highest rates of infection
in Africa.
7. The rates of infection are diluted. The rates of some regions are
influenced by cities with 5G, but the rates of infection of these cities are
diluted in those of the region to which they belong. So it is more significant,
as is the case of Spain, to compare uniprovincial autonomous regions, than
among those that are formed by 3 or more of the old provinces. Thus we see
that some regions with 5G such as Rioja, Madrid and Navarra, have rates
between 4 and 8 times higher than others without 5G. The same is true in
other cities around the world where the 5G network does not cover the

entire territory of the state or region.

8. These data and results have the value of being taken “in vivo”, not based
on prospective or laboratory studies. Never before have we had so much
epidemiological information about a disease in humans to be able to
produce scientific studies. A means of answering the question of cause and
effect would be to disconnect the 5G networks, at least as a preventive
measure, and see the results of the evolution of cases of coronavirus. So
would studying the rate of infection in a state that declared a 5G moratorium
after the pandemic started and studying if the statistics change. Given the
evidence presented here, the data and conclusions of this study urgently
need to be given due consideration. Given the current gravity of the
pandemic, the media and political and health authorities have a
responsibility to take urgent action. A failure to act in the face of the
findings of this study could be considered negligent at the very least and
very possibly criminal.

Defendants are stopped, it is estimated that the population of the United
States of America will be reduced from 326,620,000 in 2017 to 99,553,100
in 2025, because of the 5G wifi and technology and Coronavirus related
operations of the Defendants.

Nations such as Italy, France, Canada, South Korea, and the United
Kingdom that are specially impacted by 5G/AI wifi and technology
Coronavirus are estimated to be similarly subjected by Defendants to 5G/AI
wifi and technology Coronavirus-related genocide and crimes against
humanity, in violation of Articles 6 and 7 of the International Criminal
Code.

Because of 5G-AI/Coronavirus related genocide and crimes against

humanity, Italy goes from 62,140,000 population in 2017 to 43,760,260, a
loss of 20 million or 30% in 2025. France goes from 67,100,000 population
in 2017 to 39,114,580 in 2025, again a loss of almost 30% or 28 million
souls. Canada goes from 35,620,000 population in 2017 to 26,315,760 in
2025. South Korea goes from 37,092,820 population in 2017 to 51,180,000
in 2025.

The United Kingdom is decimated by genocide and crimes against

humanity due to Defendants' 5G and Coronavirus operations, going from a
population of 65, 650,000 in 2017 to a population of 14,517,860 in 2025.

This is a devastating loss of 51million persons, or 78% of the population of

• The supply of vaccine is sufficient to cover the population groups
for which a mandate is being considered.
• Available evidence about the safety and efficacy of the vaccine has
been transparently communicated.
• The state has created infrastructure to provide access to vaccination
without financial or logistic barriers, compensation to workers who

epidemic spread.

Defendants named and unnamed are creating imminent harm to all human
beings similarly situated by continuing to develop, create, test, distribute,
mandate, advertise, and deploy dangerous and lethal COVID-19
vaccinations with imminent mass fatal results.
Probable Cause Evidence of lethality of COVID-19 vaccinations: “Four
Ukrainian Soldiers Died After Having the American COVID-19 Vaccine
Tested on Them In the Kharkov region, four UAF soldiers died after testing
the American COVID-19 vaccine.” This was reported by the press officer of
the People’s Militia of the LPR Aleksandr Mazeikin.

“According to the LPR, in the Kharkov region American virologists are

testing a vaccine against the COVID-19 coronavirus. 15 people were
selected for the tests, including 10 Ukrainian servicemen. During the
research, 8 subjects were transferred to the emergency department, and
three of them were supported by artificial ventilation devices.

“Emergency doctors fighting for the lives of patients could not provide them
with the necessary assistance, as they did not have information about the
composition of the injected injections. As a result, five patients, including
four military personnel, died from complications caused by infection,”
Mazeikin said, quoting a source.

“He also said that 'from unconfirmed information, it is known about the use
of experimental vaccines in the medical institutions of the Kharkov region,
which caused the opposite reaction in patients with weak immunity and the
treatment of more than 110 vaccinated residents of the region in medical
institutions'.”

“Recall that in Ukraine there are several US bacteriological laboratories that

are supervised by the Pentagon. The US Embassy recognised their presence
in Ukraine, however, the country’s authorities categorically refuse to inform
the public about what these institutions are doing in the country.
Representatives of the “Opposition Platform – For Life“ party several times
sent relevant requests to the responsible persons, but they remained
unanswered. The party sent a complaint to the United Nations in this
regard.”

As set out in official statements of the United States of America White

House, Defendant United States of America has mobilized 300 million
doses of lethal and dangerous COVID-19 vaccinations and 500 million
injectors to be used by USA federal troops against the American
civilian population in a mass genocide and crimes against humanity, in
violation of Article 6 and 7 of the International Criminal Code.

continues to fester, with latest data showing that African Americans have
died from the disease at almost three times the rate of white people.

New figures compiled by the non-partisan APM Research Lab and released
on Wednesday under the title Color of Coronavirus provide further evidence
of the staggering divide in the Covid-19 death rate between black
Americans and the rest of the nation.

Across the country, African Americans have died at a rate of 50.3 per
100,000 people, compared with 20.7 for whites, 22.9 for Latinos and 22.7
for Asian Americans.

More than 20,000 African Americans – about one in 2,000 of the entire
black population in the US – have died from the disease.

At the level of individual states, the statistics are all the more shocking.
Bottom of the league table in terms of racial disparities is Kansas, where
black residents are dying at seven times the rate of whites.

“This is a call to action for our county commissioners, our state and our city
officials,” the Kansas state representative Gail Finney told local TV channel
KWCH12 recently.

In other states, the gulf is almost as extreme. In the nation’s capital,

Washington, the disparity in death rate between blacks and whites is six
times, in Michigan and Missouri five, and in major hotspots of the disease –
New York, Illinois and Louisiana – three.

Despite the glaring gulf, the Trump administration continues to be sluggish
in responding to the crisis. Uché Blackstock, an urgent care physician and
CEO of Advancing Health Equity, said that the federal reaction had been

complete lack of guidance from the federal government about how to
mitigate these divisions. There is no real plan how to deal with it,”
Blackstock said.

Senior Trump administration officials have blamed the disparities on the

high incidence among black people of underlying health conditions such as
diabetes, hypertension and obesity. On Sunday the health secretary, Alex
Azar, pointed to their “greater risk profiles”, and was criticized for blaming
the victims of the virus.

While co-morbidities are a factor, there is mounting evidence that black

Americans are disadvantaged in terms of access to diagnostic testing and
treatment for the disease.

Gathering data on the racial gulf in deaths has itself been hampered by an
absence of federal action, compounded by slow and in some cases non-
existent reporting by many states. The US Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) only produced its first set of death statistics by race this
week, despite mounting calls for basic information.

In the absence of government data, APM Research Lab has stepped into the
breach. It now gathers statistics from 40 states, covering almost 90% of the
total of 92,128 deaths in the US recorded by Johns Hopkins.

Andi Egbert, senior researcher at APM Research Lab, said she was
astonished that it was left to an independent organization to produce
nationwide statistics that should be coming from the federal government. “I
won’t speculate about motive, but I can’t believe in a modern economy that
we don’t have a mandated, uniform way of reporting the data across states.
We are in the midst of this tremendous crisis, and data is the best way of
knowing who is suffering and how.”

Among the states that are still failing to produce any data on deaths by
racial group are Montana, Nebraska, Utah and North and South Dakota.

The racial disparities in the US death figures became apparent relatively

early on in the pandemic, particularly in large cities where black
neighborhoods were hit much harder than wealthier white areas. When New
York City produced its first racial breakdown of Covid-19 deaths in April it
showed that Latino and black New Yorkers, especially in the outer
boroughs including Queens and the Bronx, were experiencing death rates
that were at least twice those of whites and Asians.

reviewed by the New York Times found that when death rates are ranked by
zip code, eight out of the top 10 have majority black or Latino populations.

As the pandemic unfolds, some states including Michigan and New York

there remained no sign of the Trump administration stepping up to tackle
the crisis.

left the country in a hurry. This is not least because of the panic-mongering
and the curfews and border closures threatened by the “emergency
governments”. As a result, old people in need of care and disabled people,
some without relatives, were left helpless by their carers.
Many of these abandoned people then ended up after a few days in the
hospitals, which had been permanently overloaded for years, because they
were dehydrated, among other things. Unfortunately, the hospitals lacked
the personnel who had to look after the children locked up in their
apartments because schools and kindergartens had been closed. This then
led to the complete collapse of the care for the disabled and the elderly,
especially in those areas where even harder “measures” were ordered, and
to chaotic conditions.
The nursing emergency, which was caused by the panic, temporarily led to
many deaths among those in need of care and increasingly among younger
patients in the hospitals. These fatalities then served to cause even more
panic among those in charge and the media, who reported, for example,
“another 475 fatalities”, “The dead are being removed from hospitals by the
army”, accompanied by pictures of coffins and army trucks lined up.
However, this was the result of the funeral directors‘ fear of the “killer
virus”, who therefore refused their services. Moreover, on the one hand
there were too many deaths at once and on the other hand the government

In Catholic Italy, few cremations had been carried out in the past. Therefore

Restorative Justice vs Retributive Justice: “Restorative justice is an

approach to justice in which one of the responses to a crime is to organize a
meeting between the victim and the offender, sometimes with

how, and to create a consensus for what the offender can do to repair the
harm from the offense. This may include a payment of money given from
the offender to the victim, apologies and other amends, and other actions to

”Definition
According to John Braithwaite, restorative justice is:[4]

...a process where all stakeholders affected by an injustice have an

opportunity to discuss how they have been affected by the injustice and to
decide what should be done to repair the harm. With crime, restorative
justice is about the idea that because crime hurts, justice should heal. It
follows that conversations with those who have been hurt and with those
who have inflicted the harm must be central to the process.

Although law professionals may have secondary roles in facilitating the

restorative justice process, it is the citizens who must take up the majority of
the responsibility in healing the pains caused by crime.[4] The process of
restorative justice thus shifts the responsibility for addressing crime.

In 2014, Carolyn Boyes-Watson from Suffolk University defined restorative

justice as:

...a growing social movement to institutionalize peaceful approaches to

harm, problem-solving and violations of legal and human rights. These
range from international peacemaking tribunals such as the South Africa
Truth and Reconciliation Commission to innovations within the criminal
and juvenile justice systems, schools, social services and communities.
Rather than privileging the law, professionals and the state, restorative
resolutions engage those who are harmed, wrongdoers and their affected
communities in search of solutions that promote repair, reconciliation and
the rebuilding of relationships. Restorative justice seeks to build
partnerships to reestablish mutual responsibility for constructive responses
to wrongdoing within our communities. Restorative approaches seek a
balanced approach to the needs of the victim, wrongdoer and community
through processes that preserve the safety and dignity of all.”[5]

“Difference from other approaches

According to Howard Zehr, restorative justice differs from traditional
criminal justice in terms of the guiding questions it asks. In restorative
justice, the questions are:

What are their needs?
Whose obligations are these?
What are the causes?
Who has a stake in the situation?
What is the appropriate process to involve stakeholders in an effort to
address causes and put things right?[6]
In contrast, traditional criminal justice asks:

What laws have been broken?

What do the offender(s) deserve?[7]
Restorative justice is also different from the adversarial legal process or that
of civil litigation.

As Braithwaite writes, ‘Court-annexed ADR (alternative dispute resolution)

and restorative justice could not be philosophically further apart’. While the
former seeks to address only legally relevant issues and to protect both
parties' rights, restorative justice aims at ‘expanding the issues beyond those
that are legally relevant, especially into underlying relationships’.”[8]

History
History of the term
The phrase “restorative justice” has appeared in written sources since the
first half of the nineteenth century.[9] The modern usage of the term was
introduced by Albert Eglash, who in 1977 described three different
approaches to justice:

“retributive justice”, based on punishment;

“distributive justice”, involving therapeutic treatment of offenders;
“restorative justice”, based on restitution with input from victims and
offenders.[10]

Precursors in indigenous groups

According to Howard Zehr, “Two peoples have made very specific and
profound contributions to practices in the field – the First Nations people of
Canada and the U.S., and the Maori of New Zealand... [I]n many ways,
restorative justice represents a validation of values and practices that were
characteristic of many indigenous groups,” whose traditions were “often
discounted and repressed by western colonial powers”.[11] For example, in
New Zealand, prior to European contact, the Maori had a well-developed
system called Utu that protected individuals, social stability and the
integrity of the group.[12] Restorative justice (sometimes known in these
contexts as circle justice) continues to be a feature of indigenous justice
systems today.[13]

Development of theory
Howard Zehr's book Changing Lenses–A New Focus for Crime and Justice,
first published in 1990, is credited with being “groundbreaking”,[14] as well
as being one of the first to articulate a theory of restorative justice.[15] The
title of this book refers to providing an alternative framework for thinking
about – or new lens for viewing – crime and justice.[16] Changing Lenses
juxtaposed a “retributive justice” framework, where crime is viewed as an
offense against the state, with a restorative justice framework, where crime
is viewed as a violation of people and relationships.[17] The book made
reference to the positive results of efforts in the late 1970s and 1980s at
victim-offender mediation, pioneered in the United States by Howard Zehr,
Ron Claassen and Mark Umbreit.[18]

By the second half of the 1990s, the expression “restorative justice” had
become popular, evolving to widespread usage by 2006.[19] The restorative
justice movement has attracted many segments of society, including “police
officers, judges, schoolteachers, politicians, juvenile justice agencies, victim
support groups, aboriginal elders, and mums and dads.”[20]

“Restorative justice is a fast-growing state, national, and international social

movement that seeks to bring together people to address the harm caused by
crime,” write Mark Umbreit and Marilyn Peterson Armour. “Restorative
justice views violence, community decline, and fear-based responses as
indicators of broken relationships. It offers a different response, namely the
use of restorative solutions to repair the harm related to conflict, crime, and
victimization.”[21]

Development of practice
“In North America, the growth of restorative justice has been facilitated by
NGOs dedicated to this approach to justice, such as the Victim Offender
Mediation Association, as well as by the establishment of academic centers,
such as the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite
University in Virginia, the University of Minnesota's Center for Restorative
Justice and Peacemaking, the Community Justice Institute at Florida
Atlantic University, the Center for Peacemaking and Conflict Studies at
Fresno Pacific University in California, and the Centre for Restorative
Justice at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.[22]
Members of the Mennonites and the social-action arm of their church-
community, Mennonite Central Committee, were among the early
proponents.[23][24] The antinomian groups advocating and supporting
restorative justice, such as the Mennonites (as well as Amish and Quaker
groups), subscribe to principled pacifism and also tend to believe that
restorative justice is much more humane than the punitive juvenile and
