1. The municipality of Camalaniugan notified Nelson L. Ocampo of NCO General Merchandise that his bid for furnishing and delivering a refurbished 10-wheeler dump truck failed the technical specifications as the 1991 model presented did not meet the required 2005 or latest model and was not in good physical or roadworthy condition. 2. The municipality also notified Roberto R. Robles, Sr. of TRI-R Metalcraft that his bid for furnishing and delivering materials to repair leaking gym roofs failed post-qualification as he did not submit the required tax clearance. 3. Both companies are encouraged to participate in future bidding projects.

UNIT REFURBISHED 10-WHEELER DUMPTRUCK _ for the Municipality of Camalaniugan,
we regret to inform you that your bid failed to pass the technical specifications, on the following
grounds:

1. 1991 Model was presented which is far behind with the prescribed 2005 or latest model
specified in the technical specification;

2. Physical Stability and Road Worthiness is not in good condition.
