on these needs will elevate restaurants and restaurants to a new level.

Note: Identify industry attractiveness with five competitive forces

Rivalry from existing businesses: Currently, Dayli food is experiencing rather significant competition from both direct and indirect competitors in the F&B
market in Ho Chi Minh City. To compete, Dayli food consistently transmits distinct values and gives the finest service to consumers, not only serving meals
but also offering nutritional insights. Talking about offering food in the direction of healthy and healthy living is still relatively new in the Vietnamese market,
therefore restaurants and restaurants servicing this sector are still scarce, if not very good. Which restaurant places a major emphasis on offering food for
this demographic?

Substitute competition: Because the F&B business is very fragmented, there are several alternative products and services, particularly for young individuals
in the field who seek new and variety cuisine. As a result, powerful marketing and propaganda regarding healthy eating habits are required to make people
remember and choose to believe.

18
of newcomers: while restaurants servicing this category are still scarce at the moment, it will become a delectable piece of cake in the future that many
companies want to participate in.

Supplier negotiating power: Their suppliers have relative bargaining power because food prices are currently constant and supply and demand are fairly
balanced in the market. The majority of Dayli food 's vendors have published pricing that have been consistent for a long period.

Some competitors selling healthy food and drinks:

1. Green Koko

lifestyle. Prioritize health concerns. The establishments have one thing in common: they provide hygienic cuisine and the environment is

through swift sales and delivery via ordering applications.

Dayli food, with the goal of maintaining and improving everyone's health, aiming at the common goal of providing a source of clean food and
healthy drinking water, is one of the main points that will help the businesses have a sympathetic look in the eyes of young people and easily
attract many people. Because, in addition to luring bodybuilders and office employees in particular, the business wishes to provide long-term
advantages to individuals seeking to better their overall health.

The business is located in one of Ho Chi Minh City's busiest and busiest areas, where many restaurants and large and small restaurants
congregate, making it easy for people who come immediately to enjoy the food in the neighborhood shop.

Despite being in a densely populated area, the shop chose to be positioned in an alley with numerous trees, which will assist decrease a cost
that every business desires. To aid the environment, use paper bags and paper boxes.

Weakness: With the growing trend of eating clean and cold food, it is projected that there will be many more rivals in the future, affecting the
number of consumers at the restaurant.

20
To make the restaurant known to a large number of people, the project requires a specific amount of cash. In addition to paying for typical
expenditures, incurred fees must also be spent on certain advertising and promotions throughout the period. For the first time, attract
people's attention.

Creating a new area that is popular with a large number of people is a significant challenge for businesses. It is tough to understand and stay
up with current trends in order to know how to adapt and renew your business while maintaining your "personality."

4.5Opportunity: The healthy eating trend is getting increasingly popular.

4.6 Challenge: Customers' tastes vary often, thus firms must keep diet information up to date. Customers are distrustful when they have never
utilized or purchased from you before when you sell online.

5. Product Description
Dayli food's menu will be very diverse in both food as well as processing in many styles, which will become a great advantage when compared to other
regular restaurants. Menu changes weekly for customers' meals: The diversified menu, which changes monthly, will help you enjoy without becoming sick
of eating for weeks or months since you have to consume a few elements in a dish every day. To live a healthy life, you must eat well. If you want to eat
healthily, you must eat clean and feel good about the food you put into your body every day.

21
Source: author, 2022

5.1 Contrast the products of the organization with those of rivals.

In comparison to rivals, Dayli food will restrict clients' selections, depending on their goal, because the choice will diversity both food and drink.

All recipes will include the calories and key components, as well as a description of how each item works. In addition, the shop sells a range of beverages.

In the present market, rivals have not had a significant impact, but they continue to maintain a consistent number of regular customers and stable menus.
The highlight of the competition is also about the PR campaign, thanks to food websites like Foody with large following advertising, in addition to leveraging
public images taken at the restaurant to develop customer loyalty. Customers can be trusted, and areas that let young people "live virtual" on social
networks can attract customers.
22
6. Location

The group's headquarters will be on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street in District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City.

Benefits: Time Out feels that District 3 (HCMC) is a place where local and foreign cultures cross, is active yet less congested, and is undergoing modern
development while retaining historical importance.

District 3 is one of the core districts, bordering Phu Nhuan District, District 1, and District 10, and is known for its high population density and proximity to
high-rise structures. A huge number of potential consumers visit the office. Zone 3 is a densely forested district that is ideal for the Dayli food business
concept.

The rental fee is reasonable and not excessive. It is easily visible and close to the center, so the energy, water, and telecommunications services are enough,

methods: presently exclusively serving at restaurants, but will extend to collaborate with meal delivery app partners such as Grab, Goviet, Now,
and Baemin to increase market share and bring restaurants closer to consumers.

Raw goods will be carried from the store early in the morning, placed in frozen storage, soaked and cleaned before being cut to where you
want to go. The supplies will be professionally wrapped, and shipment will be handled by a third-party unit as well as the restaurant's own
shipper.

1. Learning about Vietnamese culture and running a coffee shop

24
"Even though my family is impoverished and my parents have to work extremely hard to bring me to school, I live among wealthy pupils." I
have to walk to school every day since my pals ride their bikes. My pals squander paper while I attempt to conserve every scrap of paper. Even
though I considered myself a true American, I felt disoriented and alone in that setting. "In the end, I understood that I was still a true Asian
despite my American education, lifestyle, and dialect," David Thai recounts.

David wanted to study philosophy in order to solve the dilemma "to be or not to be." He began to think about Vietnam and discovered that
two hours a day of exposure to Vietnamese culture at home was insufficient. What his parents told him about Vietnam did not satisfy him, and
he concluded that only by going to Vietnam and immersing himself in Vietnamese culture with Vietnamese people could he rediscover himself.

David Thai returned to Vietnam on a scholarship to learn Vietnamese in 1996, with just around $1,000 in his pocket. "I started reading Kieu
tales and studied Vietnamese literature." Although I do not completely comprehend its significance, I experience happiness and sadness and
am familiar with Vietnamese culture. With the mere concept of returning to Vietnam to discover myself, I understood that I needed to survive,
not simply with that tiny amount of money, and I was lucky to find work as a translator and acquire the trust of others. Based on his thoughts
and feelings as an investor, he chose to assist me in starting my profession.

David opened the Au Lac café near Hoan Kiem Lake. The store immediately became successful, but he was "fired." Despite David's convincing
him to start anew and do a wonderful job, the prior investor opted not to continue sponsoring him. He started from scratch with a tiny amount
of money saved from Au Lac, believing that the industry still has a lot of promise, but Vietnamese coffee firms mostly focus on exports but lack
investment in the market. domestic education David stated that despite his short time in Vietnam, he has been linked to the people and land
here, giving him an advantage over foreigners while conducting business here.

It's why David chose to restart. David began exploring regulations to stimulate foreign investment in 1997. He was the first foreign Vietnamese
to be granted permission to establish a private corporation in Hanoi in 1998. By the year 2000, David had become the first businessman to file
to form a joint stock company.

The Viet Thai Group that exists now was founded in 2002. There were initially just two Highlands Coffe outlets in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
After seven years, the number of Highland Coffee shops in six provinces has surpassed 80, including Hanoi, Saigon, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Vung
Tau, and Dong Nai. Viet Thai Group had over 5 million visits in 2008 and supplied over 2 million meals and over 4 million cups of coffee to
consumers.
25
IV. Investigate the scope of entrepreneurial ventures, using a variety of examples.
The scope of entrepreneurial efforts is often determined by their size, geographic location, and organizational
structure. A little, family-owned grocery store, for example, is a micro-enterprise, but a beauty salon with some
corporate structure is a small business (de Oliveira et al. 2015). A chain of flower shops in a single city may be
categorized as a medium or large business, depending on the size of the stores and their structural complexity.
Finally, a large firm would be one that manufactures and sells goods to people from other countries.
Despite the fact that venture growth is typically non-linear, it may be depicted as a series of stages. The four stages
of a business's evolution are often described as startup, quick growth, expansion, and maturity. During the
beginning period, the customer approves the concept of the new enterprise, and there is still the ability to adjust
products or services to meet consumer expectations (Lidow ,2016). If the concept is unique and enticing to
customers, the company will enter a period of rapid growth. This stage is defined by the increase in market brand
awareness as a greater number of customers use the brand's products or services. However, if a company remains
popular and appealing to customers, demand for services begins to outnumber supply (Kumar 2016). At this stage,
the company must expand by opening more stores, increasing manufacturing capacity, or hiring more employees.
Following the successful completion of the expansion phase, the business enters a period of maturity in which the
management's goal is to maintain success by continuously improving goods and services.

1. Entrepreneurial traits of entrepreneur

26
Business is a career with its own set of traits, which are as follows:

Exchange of products and services: Any economic activity that involves the exchange of goods or services for money or the value of money,
whether directly or indirectly.

+ Transactions in a variety of transactions: The exchange of products and services is a common occurrence in business. Before reaching the
user, a product or service may go through a number of interactions.

The primary purpose is profit: The firm is run with the goal of making a profit. Profits are also a reward for an entrepreneur's services.

+ Link to production: Regardless of the business industry, there must be a link to the creation of goods or services. In this scenario, it is
referred to as industrial activity. These industries may be primary or secondary in nature.

+ Marketing and distribution of products: In the event of commercial operations, business activities may include marketing or distribution of
goods. + Incentives on goods and services: In business, there must be transactions on goods and services. Goods are classified into two
categories:

Consumables are goods that are utilized for consumption by the end user, such as televisions, soaps, and so on.

 Actively maintain ability

It's critical to be active when running a business. You react to formulae and issues that represent your business style.
This also has an impact on how workers see you. Employees and people around you will lose faith in you if you
retreat as soon as you make a mistake. There is a status activity that helps you to deal with issues and obstacles
while avoiding too optimistic replies.

 Expansion to anything
27
We can't forecast how business will turn out, just like we can't predict how life will end out. You must be a standard
for all the love, whatever that may be. As a salesperson, you must learn to accept the negative aspects of life and to
adjust to changing situations. In the present economic landscape, a common shape is the transfer to an online
company strategy to continue selling things.

 Curiosity

The tiniest operations run the firm, and you're constantly curious about how different components of the
organization function. When you discover how things function and examine them from many perspectives, you tend
to become interested and inquisitive. This interest will enable you to come up with new answers to business
challenges before we do.

 Ability Recovery

Persuading customers to buy your goods is one thing; convincing employees that your solutions work again is quite
another. That is why, whether it is completing a sale or providing a solution to a problem, encouraging others to
return is critical to any organization. The secret to convincing individuals to become successful communicators is not
simply marketing. The outcomes of the communication will understand how to communicate their views and
thoughts on the platform, whether it is a social network page, a YouTube channel, or a blog.
28
 Creative ability

Creativity will help you address challenges from many perspectives, especially when it comes to improving products
and services. Creativity will help the business develop. Remember that many of the world's most successful
businesses did not begin with a product.

 The ability to stay motivated

Elon Musk is represented by the letter A in this sample dictionary. Elon is recognized for being an eager
businessman who is always willing to work long hours a week to get the job done, in addition to possessing all of the
specific traits stated in this article. Consider how SpaceX and Tesla have bounced back from failure to success.
Taking care is not enough; as a business employee, you must have auto employees who can perform even when
everything is protected as lost. Positive thinking has an impact on motivation as well. The more you believe you can
overcome the difficulties, the simpler it is to commit suicide.

 Mental strength and endurance

29
Business has never been in better shape, and it is even more so during this epidemic. If you've ever worked in a
business during a pandemic, you'll understand. There will always be days when everything appears to be lost, but
please don't give up.

Take some time to relax and refuel before trying again. The two most powerful motivators for success in any subject
are patience and mental toughness in the face of adversity. Consider the careers of Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates,
and Ray Kroc. They would not have been as successful as they are now if they had given up at any time while
operating the firm.

 Take responsibility for everything that may happen

Many business owners ignore or fail to take constant accountability. As a business owner, you must recognize that
everything that occurs is your fault. You will be the one to make the decisions on what to do and what not to do.
You do not just receive the copyright holder, but you must also be securely liable for everything. You will have
greater ability to make your firm more successful if you grasp and comprehend the challenges it faces.

 The ability to absorb anything.

30
It is one thing to persuade others of your company vision and ideas, but it is quite another to absorb ideas from
those around you. As a salesperson, you must understand how to approach company reviews and criticism. A smart
entrepreneur is constantly open to new ideas and quotes because they want their company to flourish. They
frequently pay outsiders to be able to receive.

 Passion and desire to help people.

I've never encountered a business entrepreneur who wasn't enthusiastic about his or her company. All business
nowadays is about helping people and making a difference in their lives. When you are enthusiastic about
something, you are driven to find answers and ideas for your industry and people around you. Passion will be the
driving factor behind the company's progress. Your firm will thrive when inspired to work for a larger purpose.

 The ability to put oneself in another's shoes.

Empathy is a quality that many business entrepreneurs neglect. I've encountered some managers who don't know
what's going on with their personnel because they don't take the time to investigate.I recall hearing a tale about a
human resources director who chastised an employee for failing to fulfill a deadline. Every week, the director of the
human resources department summons this employee to a meeting and points out his flaws. However, because he
did not take the time to support this employee, this leader never considered a remedy.
31
It wasn't until another human resources department chief came in that the organization realized why this employee was
so unsuccessful. This man has just divorced and is unable to obtain custody of his children. He is homeless and lives with a
buddy. Following that, the director of the human resources department advised that he take a few weeks off to organize
things and return to work with a fresh perspective. Business owners, you see, should feel empathy for their employees.
You cannot expect a firm to thrive unless you assist your personnel.

Key point: The mentality of the leader is one of the keys to corporate survival. If you believe you possess any of these
characteristics, you will make an excellent entrepreneur. If you have a strong desire to improve yourself and help others
improve themselves, your business will thrive.
