RECOMMENDATION
Instructions:
1. Recommender – The person who will accomplish this form must be either (a) an academic Recommender (i.e.,
Applicant’s teacher or academic adviser during undergraduate or graduate studies) or (b) a professional
Recommender, who recommends the Applicant’s admission to the UP Master of Laws Program.
2. Accomplishing and Signing this Form – The Recommender has the option to accomplish either (1) the print
version of this form by hand or using a machine or (2) the electronic version of this form using font size 12. The
Recommender has the option to sign either (a) a print copy of the accomplished form by hand, or (b) an electronic
copy of the accomplished form by electronic signature (and print the signed copy of the accomplished form).
3. Language – The Recommender must use the English language when accomplishing this form.
4. Submission – Due to public health restrictions relating to COVID-19, the Recommender must submit an electronic
copy of the accomplished and signed version of this form either (a) using our online form or (b) by email to
[email protected].
