Bill of Quantity (Section 11 and Appendix D to the Tender Documents)


(All schedules of rates and prices shall clearly specify the applicable taxes)

1. SCHEDULE OF PRICES
1.1. The quoted rates shall be considered as full and final compensation for execution of this
contract and shall include all costs associated with the scope of this tender including but not
limited to transportation, accommodation, payments to staff members, leave andsickness
pay, joining costs, insurance, gratuity, etc. it shall additionally include for the personnel
assigned as well as overheads, profit, administrative, clerical support and all other expenses
whatsoever and howsoever described related to the scope of work including any applicable
taxes and duties.
1.2. The prices quoted shall be firm throughout the Contract Period including any extension of time.
1.3. Expenses related to day-to-day performance under any Contract, including but not limited to,
travel, lodging, meals, materials, and incidentals will not be reimbursed to the Tenderer.

1.4. Unit rates shall include all associated work such as Salaries, benefits, allowances, leaves,
accommodation, pension, provision of GSM facilities etc.
1.5. The Bidder is required to quote as specified in the Price Breakdown Table below. The currency
of the Contract is in Rials Omani.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. Payment terms to be as per Appendix to the Form of Bid.
2.2. Payments shall be made within 45 days from the date of certification by Oman Water and
Wastewater Services Company authorized person.
2.3. Claims shall be made based on the approved Schedule of Prices agreed in the Contract.
2.4. All claims shall be supported with proper supporting documents duly certified by Oman Water
and Wastewater Services Company authorized personal/Office Instructions if any.
