-The transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and other corresponding documents pertaining to Land

properties acquired thru purchase or donation are already secured and in place for safekeeping.
-Prioritize the transfer of certificate of title to the name of City Government of Parañaque
specifically the Coastal Plaza Condominium donated in kind (Dacion en Pago), Transport
Terminal Central Business Park Pres. Macapagal Ave. Tambo, Paranaque Fisherman's Wharf E.
Aguinaldo Highway which previously owned by Public Estate Authority (PEA), these will also
include other identified land properties like donated road lot and open space.
