Implementation

Rationale Pursuant to Republic Act 9155, also known as the Governance of Basic
Education Act 2011, the Department of Education is mandated to
provide professional development among its personnel. In line with
this, the Gender and Development Coordinator and Learning and
Development Coordinator crafted the school plan for Professional
Development to identify the priority needs of the teaching and non-
teaching personnel.

Based on the results of the Individual Performance Commitment

Review Form (IPCRF) and Enhance Self-Assessment Tool (E-SAT) S.Y
2021-2022, the least core behavioral competency of the teaching and
non-teaching personnel in Responsible Village Leaders Learning
Academy (REVILLA) High School is promoting collaboration, removing
barriers to teamwork, and accomplishing a certain goal across the
organization. The school head, GAD coordinator, and Learning and
Development Coordinator propose a plan to conduct half-day capacity
building that enhances teamwork.
Program or course description This capacity building aims to re-orient, reflect, and assess the
behavioral approaches to ensure the achievement of the
organization’s common goal, which is to set professional standards for
teaching and non-teaching personnel.
Professional Development CORE BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES (TEAMWORK)
Priorities
An organization that emphasizes teamwork innovates teamwork
faster, sees mistakes more quickly, finds better solutions to problems,
and attains higher productivity. Among the core behavioral
competencies which is teamwork, this capacity building will be an
avenue to promote collaboration, remove barriers, and accomplish
certain goals across the organization.
