1. How do you define time management?


✓ Time management is allocating the right time for right activity.
2. How effective are you in managing your time?
✓ Am good, just am planning to do my duties based on the weight of the task, also
dividing the time for all activities.
3. Do you manage time or does time manage you?
✓ It is depending on conditions because sometimes I manage time for instance based on
my tasks what plan to do and also, I plan the tasks to do but cannot accomplished
without reason as that time it is managing me.
4. How effective/punctual are you in using instructional time and appointment with your
students or other clients?
✓ Am using my time wisely to right purpose for given tasks for example to deliver the
class on based schedule, to advice students, to do the other office works by availing
my self and to finish at right time.
✓ For urgent activities am giving priority.

✓ Am planning to improve management based on weight of the task like for course
delivering looking for the curriculum and for office giving time by identifying the
activities.
