2v2 Attack Vs Defence - Session Plan

This session plan outlines a 2v2 attacking and defending drill for players to develop their understanding of when to attack alone or combine with a partner, defending high to protect the goal, and reacting to transitions. Players are split into pairs and play 2v2 in designated areas, with the defending team transitioning to attack if they win possession. The aim is for attacking pairs to work together to score while defending pairs keep opponents away from the goal.
