Question 1:
Draw the weave , draft and peg plan for twill 2/4 which extended 3 times vertically and
2 times horizontally – then calculate the inclination angle of these twill - if the number of
ends/cm = 36 and number of wefts/cm =18

Draw the weave , draft and peg plan for twill 2/2 which extended 3 times vertically and 4
times horizontally – then calculate the inclination angle of these twill , knowing that the
number of ends/inch = 48 and number of wefts/inch =36 .

Question 3:
By using extended method of weave structure for twill 2/3 construct the following:
1- Weave structure with twill inclination angle less than 45
2- Weave structure with twill inclination angle more than 45
If ends per cm : 36 , wefts per cm : 18
Calculate the twill inclination angle for each weave structure.
