The 22nd Araw ng Bogo Calabat was held from February 21-22, 2017 in Bogo Calabat, Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur with the theme of "Panaghiusa sa Katawhan, Kalambuan Natong Tanan" to promote cooperation and unity. Events were opened on January 14th including elimination rounds for basketball, volleyball, and other games with participation from all 5 puroks of Bogo Calabat. The championship battles were held on February 21st with Purok 1 winning basketball active and Purok 3 winning basketball mediate.

22nd Araw ng Bogo Calabat was held in Bogo Calabat, Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur on February 21 –
22, 2017 with the theme “ Panaghiusa sa Katawhan, Kalambuan Natong Tanan”. To promote cooperation and
unity of this event, it was agreed by the barangay officials and its people to host different events.
January 14, 2017 was the formal opening for the Araw and elimination round of the different games.
These games are basketball active, basketball mediate, and volleyball women. Each category was participated
by 5 Purok from Purok 1 to Purok 5 in which there are only 5 purok in Bogo Calabat. Thus, the event gather
100% participation.
The Championship Battle for this games was made last February 21, 2017. The winners are Purok 1 for
Basketall Active, Purok 3 for Basketball
