With the implementation of universal health care act, the hospital
shall assume the role of a specialty hospital for referrals. With the
concurrent advances in modern Medicine, the Hospital shall ESSENTIAL (E) 2
screen and hire additional medical specialist consultants to
increase the hospital’s medical capabilities and services offered.
The Hospital shall participate in health research, in collaboration
with the US CDC, for the improvement and implementation of URGENT (U) 3
management policies on disease surveillance and control.
Creation of a fully independent, fully compliant and efficient

biological waste of the hospital.
Renovation and improvement of the employees clinic to create a
