To whom it may concern,


We are writing to request an excuse for our absence from classes this
afternoon and tomorrow in order to attend the admission test in Samar State
University in Catbalogan City. I understand that attendance is important, but I
hope that you can make an exception in our case.
We have been eagerly preparing for this admission test and we believe that
attending this test is crucial to our academic future. We are very committed to pursuing
admission and we are confident that it is the right choice for us.
We have already made arrangements to catch up on any missed
assignments and coursework, and we are willing to put in extra effort to
ensure that we do not fall behind. We will also make sure to communicate
with you to stay up to date with any important announcements or changes in
the class schedule.
