I hereby agree to the following terms & conditions as prescribed in the Regulation
26 of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code and Regulations 3 and 5 of Tamil Nadu
Electricity Supply Code:

1. I agree to provide space for erection of Distribution Transformer (DT) at free


of cost to TANGEDCO within the consumer’s premises or in a private land within
a radius of 50 metres from the consumer’s premises. Further, I agree to provide
stud/plinth or concrete pillar like arrangements etc. works for mounting
arrangements at free of cost.

2. I agree to pay for the portion of HT line within the consumer’s premises, if any
and also agree to bear the cost of Installation works from DT to the consumer’s
meter.

3. I agree to bear the Fixed Charges for the entire demand as that of relevant HT
category and energy charges to that of relevant LT category.

4. I agree to bear the Losses in the DT as per the formula prescribed in Regulation
7(7) of TNE Supply Code.

5. I also agree that if any of the above conditions are found not met at the time
of additional load / Service effect, my application may be cancelled and amount
forfeited.
