SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023
The Guidance and Counselling Office provides the Systematically Comprehensive Development Guidance Program to learners in a way
that nurtures them to become the finest person they could believably be and prepares them in present and future opportunities.

VISION:
To improve the quality of life of learners through holistic approach that will promote academic achievement and enhancement of
individual’s life that may direct them to realize full educational potential as well as to understand, apply values, and confront self, others, and
environment with courage of sense of responsibility to be a productive member of the society.

MISSION:
To produce caring, nurturing, and affirming learners striving for wholeness and endeavor to form a community of learners, together with
the administrators, faculty, staffs and student in our community.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE SCHOOL GUIDANCE PROGRAM:


The School Guidance Program shall guide and upkeep complete learner’s development and welfare in three extensive areas:
I. Personal- Social: Learners will improve constructively oneself as well as intensify their permissive interpersonal relationship with others.
II. Educational: Learners cultivate a varied range of academic skills and convert active agents of their learning.
III. Vocational-Occupational: Through information conferences and by creating resources accessible to research and apply to college,
learners are competent to plan and make concrete decisions about their future.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE SCHOOL GUIDANCE PROGRAM:


1. To help learners in improve appropriate ethics and behaviors, equally enrich their capabilities to develop their weakness.
2. To assist learners in outdoing difficulties that may build hindrances of learning by ministering them to respond optimistically.
3. To help every learner cultivate proficiencies in educational achievement, as well as personal and social progress, hence, construct an accurate
academic plan for them to readily prepare for attaining definite careers after graduation in high school.

The educational services designed and implemented for individual purpose of facilitating individual learners progress in a well and
affirmative manner to complete maturity as a person and to develop a person he/she is capable of becoming.

I: INDIVIDUAL INVENTORY SERVICE


This service pertains to the activity of gathering data about the learners to enable the counselor, teachers, and administrators understand
the learner better before counselling is to be conducted. Information such as learner’s family background, mental ability, interests, aptitude,
achievement, personality traits and health condition serve as the key to the counselling activity upon which personal assistance is based.

II: INFORMATION SERVICE


The service that has widespread and methodical collection and distribution of relevant and updated information outside the individual
through various strategies and programs to assist learners in their personal, social, educational and career planning and decision - making. It aims
to help the learners get extensive range of information from diverse sources as well as the Counselors in providing a wide variety of information

VII: CONSULTATION SERVICE
The service provided by the Counselor when his/her expertise is requested by another party or group, usually to enable the latter to assist
